Many thanks to Bernadette, Charlotte, Lynne and Julie at Travelodge Manchester Piccadilly for their kind help in pre drinks and helpful nature above and beyond their duties. The cake was lovely. My partner Geoff and I spent 3 nights and celebrated my 75th Birthday in this newly refurbished Hotel. When relatives and friends joined us for drinks we were looked after like royalty! The room was great with a view of Piccadilly gardens. During our time in Manchester we were really impressed with the New bus service, the free bus to the Science and Industry Museum was most useful to us old codgers. We also visited a show at the Hope Mill Theatre in Ancoats and the bus from in front the Travelodge was a great asset for us in getting there. All in all a fantastic trip.

Service was amazing before we even checked in as stsff helped me fix an issue i had with my booking and also helped me with suprising my aunt for her birthday. Amzing attention to detail and very proffessional staff. The hotel itself was clean and comfortsble and in great.location!

Excellent stay with a good location bang in the city centre and lynne on reception was friendly and very helpful. Clean and modern room and large enough for the 3 beds. The only personal issue was being asked if I'd paid to check in early at 2.50pm.

My family and I had a lovely stay. Staff where very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was delicious, food was well topped up and great seller of everything. We went yo the bar in the evening for some light bites, it was really nice and good selection.

Charlotte on check in was very friendly and welcoming, room was clean and we all had a good nights sleep. Hotel as quiet considering it's a city centre. Will use again in the future

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and the breakfast was great. There bar is open till late which is good if you’re staying to go to a concert at the co op arena, enjoyed a pint after the show back at the hotel, we enjoyed our stay and late check out 12 pm was great also

Great location. Very comfy room. Good value. Staff were lovely and helpful. Very clean rooms. Slept well in my room. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was 11 pounds good value for a buffet. Coffee shops are around 8 pounds just for drink and croissant. Definitely worth having a Breakfast to fill you before you leave.

Found all staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Got a very good night's sleep. Double glazed windows. Close to the station for easy walking access. Good food available on site in the restaurant. For both dinner and breakfast. Also onsite bar.

With it being mine and my partners first time in Manchester we were feeling quite nervous but all our nerves soon disappeared after being welcomed by the lovely Charlotte on reception, she was very friendly and offered us breakfast without being pushy. She even asked us about our evening plans and gave us directions. The whole check in process was so warming and friendly from start to finish. We will definitely be back in the future and Charlotte is an asset to both Travelodge and the hotel.
