The location is good, just 3 minutes walk from Piccadilly station and many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is small and the one who sleeps inside needs to climb over the bed to come out. The staff are nice, check in and check out were quick. Slippers, toothbruses are available upon request. Shower water is good but no door for the shower room

Superb location within 5 mins walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. Also walking distance to most of the spots. I stayed for a night before an early flight at Manchester Airport, and this is a perfect hotel for a short stay to explore the city briefly. The staff also offered me brownies and a glass of special cocktail when I arrived at the hotel.

Very nice and central hotel. Perfect for my short stay with good access to the train station. It was booked for a night and due to it having a gym. The gym was a little lackluster but still more than good enough and very good value opinion.

- While the room is cozy and modern, it is somewhat small.
- Centrally located
- Mixed feelings about the service: received excellent service at breakfast, but the check-in receptionist was not professional.

Within 5 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Got a bigger standard room and find that’s spacious. Facilities are modern and new. Would like to stay again.

Excellent modern hotel, fantastic location near railway station, and Northern Qaurter, Canal and easy walking distance to Co op Arena. Breakfast is as good as you will have in any hotel anywhere!!
