Beautiful place to stay, excellent breakfast and the hospitality of Brad and Stacy is warm and heartfelt! A wonderful experience and very comfortable and accommodating room. The North Shire Lodge is the place to be to start your Vermont adventure!

The location is convenient to all the area has to offer! The folks that run the place are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were impressed every morning by our nice breakfast and gorgeous view! Best of all, they have a very cute pup

Brad and Stacy manage a lovely hotel, with cabins that look out to a beautiful Vermont landscape. The breakfasts provided by Stacy are scrumptious, with the real taste of Vermont. The room was ultra comfortable too. We hope to be able to return soon.

Very comfortable room and hospitable hosts. The beds were very comfortable with nice appointments. Breakfast was good and a bonus. The location is a little out of Manchester but close enough to enjoy the town easily. We would look forward to staying here again.

My boys and I have spent a lot of time in Vermont and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Super attentive and available hosts, the breakfast was delicious and healthy, the rooms were cozy and clean, and the price was very reasonable. Can’t wait to go back!

A quiet location a few miles south of town. Decent sized rooms and wonderfully prepared (and delicious) hot breakfasts each morning. Brad and Stacie are delightful hosts, accomodating and willing to share what they know about the area. A great start to the new year!

My cousin and I decided on an impromptu trip to Vermont this fall. We had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at North Shire Lodge . The rooms are perfect, clean and very comfy beds. Each room has sliders out to a little deck with chairs overlooking the mountains. The view is spectacular. North Shire is similar to staying at a bed and breakfast but with your own private space which is so important. Brad and Stacie are gracious hosts. The breakfast they offer in the mornings is delicious. You have several options to pick from. We will definitely be returning in the spring! Thank you for a great getaway!

What a great weekend ! Comfy room & and a delicious full breakfast every day - homemade frittatas, omelette, muffins, fruit - it was all fabulous and a cheerful family hosting. Otis was the cream on top making sure every one was happy. The views are spectacular. Centrally situated on Main Street in Manchester - Northshire Lodge can’t be beat!

We absolutely loved staying here! A beautiful place to stay, we were here in early September. The hospitality of Stacie and Brad was heartfelt, and we enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast!! The views are so amazing and the vibe is so cozy and welcoming. The location is great, so close to Hildene and in conversation we got some other excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
