"The hotel is clean, very good location, next to the ancient side, 5 minutes walk. The beach is also close, but since we went in December, it was not relevant for us.
There is a car rental near the hotel, a day automatic car - 35 euros, the cars are good, we went to the ancient city of Perge and Aspendos, I recommend it to everyone.
Opposite the hotel there is free parking.
There was no shampoo and conditioner in the room, breakfasts with a small selection of dishes, we got a shabby room."

"On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything!

"We had the opportunity to stay at Kamelya Selin Hotel for 2 days between January 12-14, 2025. First of all, the first welcome was very warm and sincere from the security guys at the door to the guy at the reception. The room was a standard room enough for 2 people and the ***et was clean. The outdoor pool had heating and hot water in this season, it was open and we loved it, imagine swimming in the pool under the rain, it was beyond perfect. The food was plentiful and delicious, there was everything you wanted. The activities were enough this season, since the hotel was not crowded, it was like being with friends in all activities. Sadettin, who is at the door at the entrance to the hotel, helps everyone from welcoming to sending off. The male bartender at Fika cafe makes very nice latte, I recommend you try it. Billiards and bowling were charged and seemed expensive to us, so I gave a minus for this situation. The toilets used collectively were always clean. The sauna and Turkish bath were clean and they used a nice scent (we asked, they said it was golden amber 😁) It was relaxing. The hotel is 35 years old and the rooms and other furniture need to be renewed. In general, it is a hotel that you will be happy with."

"This hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good.
The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc.
The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music.
Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive.
All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists.
Clean towels are provided for the beach every day.
The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality.
The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows:
1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable.
2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard
3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

BBabs21This is our 2nd time to this hotel and once again it was truly amazing. One of us The best hotel we have stayed in and we have travelled all around the world. The service is impeccable and attention to detail superb. Special mention to the staff in the saffron a la carte restaurant who go above and beyond to make you feel special. Also the chateaubriand is out of this world. Would definitely barely highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back.

MMariamNabWe have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area.
However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Friendly and professional check in. The room was a good size, very clean, and modern.
The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel. They can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable.
Food is fantastic good choice and top branded drinks.
Love the live music and disco in the nights, and the pier is so nice to sun bath on in the day.
Overall amazing and can't wait to book again.

Dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner are so varied that you won’t be able to try everything)) Vegetables, fruits, salads, cheeses are displayed with designer decoration. I am delighted! Service at the highest level. Special thanks for a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruit in the room on my birthday, as well as for a cake with candles in the a la carte restaurant on that day. It was a pleasure!

GGuest UserThis resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.

GGaryDLarge clean room with an average sized bathroom. Small balcony with table and chairs. Kettle and fridge provided. Plenty of storage space. Nice staff, very helpful. Quiet at night. There is a bar/restaurant and a big shop on site. The location is away from the main part of Side, maybe a 25 minute walk to the boulevard part.

Great water power for shower!! Mostly updated, except needing to fix the deadbolt that I couldn't turn to lock. Though it was fairly safe area, it didn't make me feel comfortable, especially when the hallway was noisy, men going in and out of their rooms.
They served small 3 yogurt serving size water, which is not easy to take out due to easy breakage of cover. Would be great if they can just provide a bottle to carry without worrying about tear of the cover.
