Water Side Resort & Spa Hotel - All Inclusive

Great stay , all included and lovely staff

We visited for my 40th birthday celebrations. Hotel was wonderful, we were blown away. My children had the most amazing time and are constantly asking to go back! Food was lovely, the staff are outstanding and go above and beyond. The animation team make the holiday… spaghetti was the best… even when my husband threw him in the pool! Fantastic holiday. Rooms were lovely and clean, food was great. Just the break we all needed. I want to go back!

So it's taken me a bit of time to write this review as I want it to be accurate. Firstly I want to give all the great points about this hotel then the negatives at the end. So hotel is beautiful. Most staff amazing especially spaghetti from the animation team. He really made the kids disco the best. Shout out to the photographers also who were brilliant and made our stay fun unfortunately we missed our photo as we had to suddenly leave the hotel. Shows in evening brilliant. However there was an English family massive group who made a few different peoples holiday a disaster. They viciously attacked a few different guests on different occasions. None of us knew each other. Including myself . I asked for help to reception on numerous occasions and they refused. I contacted my rep who tried to make contact with me via hotel. The reps emailed to let me know that they refused to put them through to me. I felt so unsafe as the hotel denied that any attacks took place even know there was glass smashed everywhere that the staff cleaned up. One person had been severely attacked in main reception area and nothing done. Police were not called. Reception refused to call police for me also. Eventually through emails I managed to get to another hotel. If that English family hadn't have been there and the reception staff were different the hotel was brilliant. But unfortunately reception staff are important. But they are def untrustworthy. 2 stars given due to reception staff. The English family can't be used as a view of the hotel however the cover up from reception worries me.

Well it’s 3-30 am 20/5/24 and once again woken up by loud shouting from the reception bar which is open all night for some stupid reason , where this bar is all the rooms are above and around it you can hear everything if your room overlook’s it . There was a terrible fight half hour ago which again has woke up everyone why the hell do they continue to serve alcohol after 12 is beyond me it’s advertised as a family holiday so why are they serving clearly drunk ****** who clearly have drink problems more alcohol ?????? Here’s an idea STOP SERVING AFTER 12 for god sake there children in your hotel who need to sleep and not here to witness Council Estate Scum Bags fighting in alcohol fuelled Rage Such as shame as the hotel is loverly and staff are great Goodnight!!!!!!!!!!!

a great hotel for families with children, every day a mini disco for the youngest and a different show every evening. The animators have a wonderful approach to children, my daughter didn't want to go home. Great food, great attitude towards guests, really strong alcohol, not like in Spain. We want to go back there next year. One thing that could improve the hotel is that the mattresses were very hard for me and I couldn't sleep, otherwise 5 stars for me.

Brilliant hotel, no complaints about it, spotlessly clean, always. Shout out to umit,and fatih in the bar, and also Ramazan , Irfan and Mehmet, in the restaurant, always so attentive and friendly. Reception staff could not have been more helpful either, always friendly and available. The beach is a very comfortable stroll , its clean and very well supplied with everything you need for a relaxing day. The hotel rooms are lovely, great view over the pool with wonderful mountain views , and the resident guinea fowl kept us laughing with thier antics.only downside was the very rowdy and rude guests, swearing in front of kids, English too, very disrespectful to the staff and also to the property, feet up on tables in the lounge, and then abusive to staff when asked not to! Those cleaning staff work like trojans to keep the entire place immaculate and its horrible and embarrassing as a fellow Brit, to see and hear how some people treat them. It would also be nice if parents would try to stop thier children playing football, and running up and down outside the rooms, but again no fault of the hotel, just disrespectful people. Would go back again in a heartbeat, absolutely no complaints about the hotel, food was wonderful, and plentiful with good variety and freshly cooked. Honestly cannot believe how anyone can find fault with it. Thank you all Water Side staff for giving us such a great holiday

Waterside resort hotel is a very Good hotel. Nice and clean with everything you need. Anarikm team is great with one character at the forefront. Spaghetti is 10/10. A good laugh. (Mostly because he let me win at darts). Defo recommend for families x
