We are here now and having a fantastic time. I was nervous because of the reviews I have seen but it’s been fantastic. Yesterday we went on the jeep safari and it was the most amazing day. The day after we arrived we were asked to attend a meeting. Where I met Ali he arranged our trips and was great really helpful and not pushy. I highly recommend talking with him and going on the trips he has to offer. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Not many English people. Loads of sun loungers, lovely pool for all ages. Holidays are what you make Them and we are having a wonderful time xx

Great holiday. Good times we have here. Restaurant is good food is good and service good too. Rooms okay comfy relax clean. We have good sleep. Animation team is good activities amazing. Animation team so kind good persons. Night shows good too.

the room was cleaned daily to a great standard and the cleaners are lovely. the mini fridge is stocked up daily which is great too. the staff are so lovely and there are frequent gym aerobics and games. the food is lovely and lots of selection so fits everyone’s tastes

The hotel was great. Rooms were super clean and all the entertainment was brilliant. Would totally recommend to friends back home for their future holidays. Service also was amazing. Rooms always kept clean and the venue itself is always kept clean.

Beds are comfortable, room is nice and cool , food is buffet style but plenty availability aswell as a snack bar 24/7 location to beach is about 10 minute walk , cocktails are nice and service is very quick , i visited near the end of may and it was 25-30 degrees all week and very quiet when the kids were in school ,would go again

There are some good and bad points from this holiday. Good choice of food and drinks. The staff in the dining room worked very hard. The main pool area was nice but ruined by loud thumping music from 10am all day! We decided to spend our time at the beach to get some relief. Hard to avoid cigarette smoke wherever we went. We were offered a supposedly free massage, however it only lasted about 8 minutes and were then pressured into booking a three day course starting from 450 euros each! Was told we had several things wrong with our bodies but we were certainly two of the fittest and slim people there. Got to the point where we had to be rude and walk out. This should be stopped. Had a free al a carte meal and my partner was sick all night. Loud music late at night every night. This is certainly not a hotel for English couples! The On The Beach rep pressured us to book an over priced trip. We could have booked it ourselves online for a cheaper price. Regarding the room, it could have been much cleaner. Unfortunately we will not be coming back to this hotel.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but a maximum of 2 stars.The food is terrible. You can hardly find any meat, among all the dishes only sometimes vegetables with chicken and that's it. Among the fruits there are always only apples and oranges. Sometimes there is watermelon, but to have time to get it, you have to go to dinner right at 7:00 PM and stand in line for 15-20 minutes. If you want to have time for a better meal, you have to go to dinner at 7:00 PM. There is no seafood. You could have not paid for all inclusive, but only breakfast, it would have saved money, but there is still nothing to eat. If you go later, you'll stay hungry.The water slides only work 2 hours before lunch and 2 hours after, and even then they are not full. They close for 15-20 minutes, although according to the schedule they should still be working.The music is the same and is aimed mainly at Russians. The staff speaks mainly Russian. This is not convenient and not pleasant for Polish and English people. The alcohol is not bad from the original bottles. There are no irons, if you want to do something you have to pay 6€ and you can't do it yourself. The rooms are old, the plaster is peeling.

Just got back from river hotel. The rooms are good although could be kept a little cleaner. We stayed in a front room on 2nd floor and the road is very busy and noisy. The staff were good and work very hard The food is good with lots of choice. Didn't like the massage and spa staff as they tell you that you have a free mini massage of 8 mins free and then they litterly pin you down to get you to have a course over 3 days that starts off at 450e each and then when you keep saying no they try to get you to take one. They don't leave you alone and that needs to be stopped. I ended up having to walk out. I wouldn't recommend for couples as it is very noisy all day every day with loud music playing by the poolside however the beach is ok. In with your stay you can have a alacarte meal at no extra cost and we tried the fish restaurant and I was up all night being sick so that ruined a couple of days for us. The night music was loud and didn't finish till very late and one celebration went on till 2 in the morning. would say value for money for families is very good but as a couple I wouldn't stay here again.

Taking part of the holiday to this hotel we was so happy and enjoy it. In term of the staff which are a bit rude and makes you feel you didn't payed for the servise.everything was completed as inspected, shows and entertainment was so engaged with happy people and music.
