Находились в данном отеле по туру от Anex tour в период с 19.09.2025 по 25.09.2025. Во первых, отель не имеет ничего общего с заявленными 5 звёздами. Ужасные условия и полная антисанитария! Номер в отеле старый, грязный, с запахом плесени. Во вторых, в период отдыха мы столкнулись с недопустимым поведением со стороны гида туроператора Anex tour – ELSHAD GASIMOV. Гид вместо помощи вел себя грубо, отказывался менять номер, требовал доплаты и подписи под непонятными документами. Это нарушение прав потребителя и неуважение к туристам. Просим Anex tour провести служебную проверку в отношении указанного гида - ELSHAD GASIMOV. Как итог: деньги потрачены зря. Категорически не советую к посещению данный отель! We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour organized by Anex Tour from September 19, 2025 to September 25, 2025. First of all, the hotel has absolutely nothing to do with the declared 5-star standard. The conditions were terrible and completely unsanitary. The room was old, dirty, and had a strong smell of mold. Secondly, during our stay we encountered unacceptable behavior from the Anex Tour guide – Mr. Elshad Gasimov. Instead of providing assistance, the guide behaved rudely, refused to help with changing the room, demanded additional payments, and insisted on signing unclear documents. This constitutes a violation of consumer rights and a lack of respect towards tourists. We kindly request Anex Tour to conduct an internal investigation regarding the actions of the guide Elshad Gasimov. In conclusion, the money spent on this trip was completely wasted. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The restaurant staff did not speak English, which made communication very difficult. Additionally, when I requested assistance in the amphitheater to clean up a spilled area, my inquiry was completely ignored. No one came to help, and I ended up standing throughout the entire show. My cigarettes were stolen by personnel when i moved from one number to another one. My AirPods 3 were stolen on the second day of my stay at the hotel. The loss was discovered on the fourth day when I checked the “Find My” app. I reported the incident to the hotel, but the Guest Relations team never followed up with me after my initial call. Only on the last day, while I was waiting for the airport transfer bus, I approached the Guest Relations staff myself to ask whether the police had been contacted, as mentioned during our last conversation. The response was dismissive, almost as if a teacher were asking a student whether they had done their homework. It was extremely unprofessional. I then had a discussion with the head of security—an elderly man—which took additional time, as I had to explain what AirPods are. Eventually, they told me I needed to be present when the police arrived. Seriously? The hotel had three full days to act, but it seemed like they expected me to just be patient and tolerate the situation.

The people can’t do enough to help you, food and choice is excellent. Loads of activities throughout the day for everyone.

We stayed in room 1048 at Crystal Admiral Hotel between October 6th and 13th. Our room was very dirty, they did not clean our room properly. I went to the Guest Relations department to report this situation and get help. Ms. Melike, who was at the table, could not speak English. She could not help me because she could not speak English. She also treated me very rudely. Her rude behavior made me very unhappy. I am very unhappy with her. She was not doing her job properly. Apart from that, the entertainment activities were good but insufficient.
