Quiet hotel, animation on the beach, a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Revy’s singing, a sharp water inlet, no soles of feet 2 meters from the shore, no free sunbeds, 90% broken or even insufficient food regulations4, It can be seen that the hotel used to be very good, but in a hurry and covid repairs (staff on the beach, animators, towels and sunbeds are kept) killed the desire to come here again. We made a good discount, so the price/quality ratio is very satisfactory.

Really good food service and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Antalya! Very good food and always fresh. There is always an option for food/snacks throughout the day. Would definitely come back. There is also shisha available at the hotel which we liked although it comes at a separate cost

Plentiful food, nice pool Every evening there is a sort of a program. Sea is 600 metres away but the road there is beautiful and there is a shuttle bus sometimes. Bob from animator team took us to an amazing party! Also there are some cute cats in the restaurant sometimes. Not very friendly though

Please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a 5-star experience. I was truly shocked by the state of the hotel. When we booked, we were excited, but upon arrival, we were horrified by the terrible experience especially not clean rooms

Very good hotel , lovely staff but very little English speaking ,clean rooms and public areas, beautiful beach ,plenty of bars and food was delicious and lots of varieties, bit far away from the airport but its worth it Spa is amazing those lovely ladies work so hard

I had the opportunity of staying at the J'Adore Deluxe Hotel and Spa in Turkey and their customer service is second to none. Their hospitality was consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations throughout my day particularly all the friendly service staff from housekeeping through to catering and reception. The staff was not only friendly but also highly skilled in what they provided. As a single woman travelling on my own I felt very safe and comfortable at all times and was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service from our tour guide Falcon at Together Travel. He was there to greet me every morning and update me with my daily itinerary and what to expect. Throughout my stay we were able to keep in touch should I need any assistance when travelling alone. I would personally recommend him as a person to go to wherever you need information about the country and tours as his prices were fair and transparent. The ambiance there was always inviting and comfortable, especially the quiet relaxing lounge area after dinner. (When the beach party was not in the lounge halls at the end of the halls.) Exceptional levels of proactive service and customer care are hallmarks of their service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Antalya Turkey.
