Armas Pemar Beach

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BOOKING DO NOT! If you have booked, try get in contact with your holiday provider to get changed now do not stay here !!! Hotel is filthiest place I have ever stayed. We complained on arrival at smell from both the 2 rooms we booked via on the beach. Smell was potent hold your breath strong of damp and cigerettes. They came in sprayed floor n rubbed a mop across middle walk way and left. There were cigarette butt's from other customers on balcony and spider webs everywhere. My kids picked up a vomiting bug from the filthy place and I cleaned up after my kids sick but asked could they come and give rooms a wipe around with disinfectant. They ignored request. I complained again they handed me some sheets at my door and told me do myself. These were only clean sheets room got all week. When I changed sheets myself I discovered mattresses were filth stained. Travel cot provided was ripped again filthy no base under mattress for my 9 week old baby. Food was horrible other hotel guests all from Russia and Germany and shoved past me and my kids that much killing each other for food. None of staff want to help any requests and become very hostile when asked anything. During our stay we were at pool and saw staff wheeling trolley full of raw uncovered meat through patio area outside hotel restaurant dining area - the hot sun hitting down on it and flies crawling over the meat and not a cover or bit of clingfilm in site. At this point we refused to eat from hotel and spent all our time paying to eat out after already spending on all inclusive at this dump. View from our room was grotty back alley from kitchens all staff are having a fag break in. Carpets in hallways filth stained. Holes in walls. Damp around Bath. I could just go on all day. It was holiday from hell we spent hole week on phone to on beach with no result still arguing with them. Hotel is in middle no were with nothing only couple shops on a dual carriageway. If I could score this hotel into negative numbers I would.

We enjoyed our stay ın this hotel. The personal were good. Location of hotel was good. The food hotel was not bad . It was an open buffet with many choices The price was good. If you want to have good stay with normal good, you can choose here. We can come back later
