We just returned from our trip to Turkey. We are delighted with Armas Pemar Beach Hotel. Very spacious and beautiful area, everything is tidy and the hotel staff keeps the hotel and its surroundings clean every day, the pools are clean. We will definitely want to return to this hotel with children, it is nice that the hotel has also thought about the smallest residents by creating a mini zoo. The hotel itself has extensive entertainment options - pools, aqua park, carousels, zoo, tennis, board games, outdoor games and the sea is a few meters away. The only thing to consider regarding the sea is that the beach is very rocky, it is difficult to enter the sea without slippers. Hotel animation team has provided ample entertainment for everyone, I especially liked the evening shows in the amphitheater, where I was surprised by how creative the animation team is, everyone was so responsive and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything in our room was in order, nothing was really missing, except that a water heating mug would be convenient if it was also in the room. The food selection is wide and varied, the side dishes are often repeated, but we had eaten enough every day. I recommend more coffee machines, because other mornings we had to spend quite a long time waiting for coffee. The choice of drinks in the bars is also wide, some bartenders didn't really understand what exactly we want, even if we asked something that is basically understandable to everyone, but mostly the employees are knowledgeable, some communicate more in English, others in Russian. We especially want to highlight and say a big thanks to the head bartender ABDUL KADIR, this bartender made us feel like a special guest, noticed us everyday, asked how we were doing, prepared special drinks, etc., he is definitely one of the employees that we will remember in connection with this hotel. Thanks to the entire hotel staff, we will definitely come back again!

Stay away worst hotel in Turkey, better hotels for your money, dirty, smelly and staff are rude. Only person who was at all any help was the front office manager who actually speaks English and the guest relations manager who doesn’t, but was very caring. The whole place is dirty, smells like damp/sewers food was shocking and everything was just run down. We ended up moving hotels two days in to Moon Side Palace which was amazing! Oh and they charge you for ice cream…. A first in Turkey for me in an all inclusive holiday.

Food is the worst part of the hotel.... And we are not fussy .....They think the English only enjoy chips and nuggets. Food was shocking. No one spoke English even reception we had to use Google translate. The hotel just has a awful smell about it. Definitely wouldn't return.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel based on our recent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism, especially from Ismail. There was no warm welcome, and instead of being checked in smoothly, we were told we needed to pay an additional £400+ just to avoid a room facing a wall or a loud industrial fan. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering we had already booked and paid for a standard double twin balcony room in advance. It took three separate attempts and ongoing discussions with the hotel management before we were finally given the room type we had originally paid for. When we entered the room, we were shocked by the poor level of cleanliness. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. There were flies everywhere, and the bathroom was in a disgusting state with mold covering large areas of the walls. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Throughout the hotel, there was a persistent and unpleasant smell of sewage and drains. This smell was noticeable in multiple areas, including around the swimming pool and inside the restaurant, which made it extremely difficult to enjoy any of the facilities. The food provided was another major letdown. For an all-inclusive hotel, the variety and quality of meals were far below expectations. The same dishes were served repeatedly, and the food itself tasted bland and unappetising zing. There was no flexibility when it came to dining times, and if you missed the scheduled meal periods, there were no alternative options available. This was particularly inconvenient for families with children who may need food outside of rigid mealtimes. One of the biggest challenges we faced was communication. The hotel seemed to be primarily catered toward Russian-speaking guests, and the majority of the staff had very limited or none English language skills. Even the simplest requests had to be translated using Google Translate, which became exhausting over the course of our stay. This language barrier also extended to the entertainment provided, which was not only poorly organised and low quality, but also mostly inaccessible to non-Russian guests. The entertainment staff were difficult to t, as they did not wear any uniforms and were often dressed in inappropriate and unprofessional clothing that was not suitable for a family environment. They lacked energy and enthusiasm, and made no real effort to engage with guests. This made the environment feel disjointed and unwelcoming, particularly for families and children. The staff in general appeared unhappy, disinterested, stressed and unapproachable. A very few made an effort to greet or assist guests, and the overall customer service throughout the hotel was severely lacking. At no point did we feel valued or cared for as guests. Additionally, the lack of nearby amenities made the situation worse. There were no currency exchange offices anywhere clo

Arrived about 5am and were shown to put rooms, one was on 5 floor and one on 6 th I was quick to get this sorted and so was the manager on duty. Fridge had water juices and cans of fizzy included in the price and fresh bottled water was restocked daily. The rooms were cleaned and beds made daily also fresh towels. The rooms have seen better days but spacious and comfortable with air con. The food was adequate and plenty to choice from some not to our choices but you are in Turkey, Beach bar food was in our opinion the best and Ice cream was for 2 hours every day. There was always night soup with fresh bread if you were hungry at night and just across the road there were shops to buy munchies as the hotel shop is very expensive. The pools are amazing with plenty of loungers although we arrived and the place was quiet by the end of the week it was full. A pool bar, a lobby bar a beach bar and a night disco all have local alcohol, cocktails tea, coffee and fridges with bottled water which you can help yourself to. Now the staff well the animation team were amazing ❤️and so friendly they made us so welcome Plenty for the kids to do and a Mimi mini disco every night, then the show then the disco until 1o,clock, beach bar is open 24 hours a day. The bar staff all of you were brilliant didn't even have to ask for our drinks as they knew exactly what we wanted Yanus and Atak thank you ❤️ Also thank you to Ali your great ❤️ I unfortunately had a run in with the man that comes with the camels avoid them as the are a rip off, don't ask to get a picture with them as they get you on there backs then charge for the ride 35euro, this was also very quickly sorted out by the lovely customer relations lady, thank you again. The beach is a stones throw and very stoney not sandy but loads of loungers. Sea was lovely. Yes the hotel does need updating but all in all we thought it was great. Don't believe some of the reviews as they are false, maybe not 5 star as it says but worth the money. Thank you ALL again xxx ❤️
