the worst hotel, bad food and a lot of mess, it's not a 5-star hotel, I stayed for 11 nights and it was the hardest days, the same food every day, if you want to go to an a la carte restaurant, 1 time is allowed, although on the website when you buy the vacation, it doesn't inform anything about the rule that after 7 days you are only allowed once, if you go to talk to the managers, they are rude and careless, they take your money and then they don't care anymore , there is no sugar-free drink in the entire hotel, the staff does not know English, to eat you have to walk for 20 minutes to find a free table, you have to stand in line to get a portion of food, a 10-minute line wait, a very stupid choice!!!!! and the list goes on, but I advise you not to visit this hotel,in the reception, water flows from the ceiling, the walls are dirty and peeling, the elevators are very dirty, the rooms have a bad smell of urine and sewage!!!this days was bad for us,can't wait to finish for going home!

We came here last night and are already changing hotel don’t be fooled by the pictures and how nice it looks from the lobby because as soon as you go past lobby it’s terrible the hallways are dark and poorly maintained our room was tiny and there was black mould in there if you want to go to the toilet you have to have the door closed because it’s right behind the door what a bad design the windows are dirty and has no paint on the reveals the plastering is terrible everywhere the beads in the hall way are held up by cella tape the bar stinks and so Does everywhere else outdoors all in all a terrible hotel so annoyed the staff and useless price you pay I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels 3rd of the price and is 10x better

The hotel isn't new, but it's clean and neat. Our room was ok, though at first we only got one child bed instead of two, but they fixed it the first day. In another room, we got one double bed instead of two single beds. It took three days to get an extra bed. Food was ok for main meals, but food in snack bars inbetween the main meals wasn't very good. Location. If you plan only to stay in the hotel or at the beach, it's allright, but other than this there's nothing, nowhere to go. Kids loved the pools and slides. Most staff don't speak english or their english isn't very good, but the try hard so there was no problem with communication. Most guest are russians.

Definitely not the ultra-all-inclusive you would be expecting. Traveled alone with my teenage daughter hoping for a fun/relaxed holiday for both of us. A lot of the staff were very rude. The staff who did make us feel welcome advised that very few in the hotel would understand English, and they would engage better if you were Romanian, russian or german, having a basic understanding of German; was able to understand. being referred to as a "British ##%%" by a waiter at the poolside bistro bar, management were never about to speak to, relying on guest services team to deal with my daily complaints, to which they acknowledge and say they will address my complaint, however never communicate back unless you are back again next day with a new complaint.   of our hotel to stop smoking, its the same as wether people choose to use cuttlery in the dining hall as there is no sign saying you have to use cuttlery people choose to eat with there fingers and some guests are upset at this". This must have been the most ridiculous answer ive ever heard anywhere never mind a so called kid on 5star hotel. By last few days i had hotel staff physically lifting my sunlounger whilst i was on it before 6pm when others were still in and around pool, this was carried out whilst i was on the telephone to loveholidays whom i advised of during our call, which was about arranging to get moved or home early. I usually stay in 3star hotels around different areas of side and can honestly say this hotel has most certainly been the worst experience i have ever had to endure on over 45 holidaysabroad to various destinations over the years. There was a couple of positives which i will mention, the bistro snacks/bar are 24hours which is seldom the case in most inclusive holiday resorts in recent years. The main pools were large and clean, however poolside was most often dirty with other guests leftover drinks and food often lying on sunloungers and ground. Sunloungers had some guests towels left on them for our full stay so they had the same lounger everyday, there was no rules so this was allowed to happen, there isnt enough sunloungers for even half of the hotel guests throughout the entire resort (excluding the capacity on the beach). Private decked sun bathing yurts could be hired for a small fee each day , however the 5-10 yurts shown on various images used to advertise this resort by several holiday booking sites including the hotels own website are far from accurate as there is only 3 on entire resort of which one has seen better days. Great supermarket within resort and great transports links at entrance to hotel grounds with frequent buses to manavagat/side and taxi rank at entrance to go anywhere. The old saying 'dont judge a book by its cover', springs to mind , however the book cover would be the best part in this instance. I hope you read this before booking your holiday, and if you go ahead with booking this resort, sincerely hope you have a better experience than me

The stay in this hotel was such a strange experience that I don't know where to start... Maybe with the advantages, it will be faster: + location, close to the old town of Side, to which there is a dolmush ride from the hotel ($1 per person) + food - apart from the snacks, which are mostly fast food, the breakfasts, lunches and dinners were really delicious. Everyone found something for themselves - me, the vegetarian, my husband and the kids. Nobody went hungry. + Aquapark (if it was operational) and lifeguards at the swimming pools. + ice cream available almost all the time And now the cons and it will be long. - after arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night (flight was significantly delayed), a surprise awaits us. There is no electricity. As a result, there is no air conditioning in the entire hotel, including the rooms. the temperature in the room reaches 32 degrees. There are no bars serving meals, you can't drink a Coke because the taps also run on electricity. Apparently it was a failure in the entire district, but conversations with Poles from other hotels show that no one noticed any power outage. - surprise number two - absolutely none of the current staff speaks English even at the most basic level. Communication with the reception via "google translator". - in the morning there is still no electricity. It's dark in the restaurant. Meals are warming up in this 40-degree hell. The heat is unbearable. The slides don't work. The situation repeats itself in a few days when Danzel's concert takes place in the hotel. The stage and special effects cut out the electricity in the hotel, the air conditioning does not work again for several hours, the staff lies straight to your face that it is a problem in the entire district, which magically disappears when Danzel's concert ends. The situation is bizarre - children are dying from the heat and the generators (making a sound like a helicopter, which can still be heard in the room day and night) are working at the highest speed so that the concert can continue. Failure. - the hotel is very old and dirty. the rooms in the garden part were moldy and damp. Extra beds for children are fold-out sofas that are so crooked that there is no chance of anyone falling asleep on them. The staff does not respond to anything. They ignore you, ignore you as much as possible, and you'll get tired of the knife and give up. - there are a lot of people in the restaurant during the season, lack of tableware means that it is "washed out". The plates and glasses are unwashed, greasy, and have traces left by other guests. You have to wait for a table and then for it to be cleaned, and you can't ask for cutlery. The waiters don't understand the words "fork, spoon, knife" in English. - there are still shortages in the bar. And this doesn't have mint for mohito, this cola is the finish. - you have to cover the sunbeds with towels in the morning, because after breakfast there is no chance of finding a free sunbed,

Stayed at this 1* hotel as a birthday treat- its not 5* and the amenities don’t match their false advertising either!!.. all the staff speak Russian, if you need anything in English they pull out their translation phone or simply walk away!!. We arrived at 9pm and told to go to the Bistro that is open 24hrs… went down to a closed Bistro that apparently opens at 12am and only serves fries!!!- horrendous Rooms are smelly, dated and broken. Food is tasteless and warmed from day before- same food choices every day- desperately looked for another hotel to stay- please don’t waste your money staying at this awful place
