Voyage Sorgun Hotel

We are a group of 5 people including adults, senior and a toddler. Our typical vacation somewhere else could not be stress-free like what we just experienced at Voyage Sorgun. The hotel provided everything we needed or even what we may not need. Staff were kind and caring and we always received fast service even though there were many guests. Ordering Foods and drink by the beach is so convenient with QR code and took only 5-10 mins to receive what you ordered. Foods are so delicious. We enjoy eating so much. Beautiful location and 5 stars for beach bench area on green grass. Full of interesting activities for all ages. Love the concept of assistance via WhatsApp. Losing an item and ordering a medicine can be done via WhatsApp and we received full support on our issues. Our assistants are Meerim,llayda and Safak. Thank you guys! Keep up your good work and we can’t wait to be back again.

This was our fourth time back at this hotel as a family. we have been coming here on and off since 2018. Covid stopped us once and my eldest daughter getting married in Greece was another year we missed but since we found it, this has been our go to hotel. Let's start with the hotel overview. Spotlessly clean. Amazing and attentive staff. Facilities are awesome. Never had to worry about getting a sun bed. Entertainment schedule is great. Food is amazing. All drinks are international and not just locally branded. Accommodation. We have stayed in both the bungalows and the main hotel. Both are awesome but I am now favouring the bungalows as they are more spacious. This year, as usual, we took our now 18-year-old and 21-year-old, not so children, with us, and we stayed in two separate rooms in the hotel. But, price dependent, next year we will revert back to the bungalows for the space. Pricing. It is relatively expensive. This could be a showstopper for some. I was surprised when we met a German family who appeared to have paid half the price for their break vs. what we paid for a similar accommodation set up. I am not sure if this is because there is some form of UK levy or not when booking?? However, over the years the pricing has gotten to the stage where we do have to really think if it is still the right option for us. Also be aware that to eat in one of the many restaurants dotted around the site, and outside of the main restaurant, will cost extra. This is a relatively new introduction and was not in place across our first two visits. Considering this is meant to be an all-inclusive hotel and its expensive, I do not think this is a smart idea from them and is something I do think management should consider seriously as to if this is appropriate. Shout out to some staff. Fatma in the Gozleme eatery is amazing and she and my wife are now very solid friends. She is such a lovely woman and is a credit to the hotel. Meli, one of the young waiters, always has a smile on his face and again is a credit to the hotel. Finally, Erkan who is the vanilla milkshake King, and normally on main reception, has been a stalwart at the hotel for many years and again is a real credit to the place. Overall, and whilst I have called out some specific staff, the whole staff contingent is excellent and so friendly. Summary. Our favourite family go to destination and hotel. If prices remain steady, we will be back next year for sure. Please stop charging to eat at restaurants outside of the main restaurant!

The accommodation is brilliant for families it’s in a self-contained unit with two separate bedrooms. The shower, basin and toilet are all separate too so you can still use them at the same time as others. The lawn is a really pleasant place to spend the day and there’s always sunloungers available there. It’s a little cooler than by the poolside. The slides are fun, and there’s also additional water sports available nearby at extra cost. Plentiful pool towels, lots of all-day snack options like gozleme, prepared fruit, ice creams, patisserie, chocolaterie, etc. The standard of evening entertainment is very high.

The Voyage Sorgun has been the best family holiday we have been on by some distance (8 and 5 year old children). Everything from start to finish has been perfect. The food has been exceptional and we have all been spoilt for choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner each day in both the main buffet restaurant and the cuisine 24 restaurant. That is without even factoring in that you can order a range of burgers, chicken, sandwiches and fish to your pool lounger along with every type of cocktail you can imagine under the sun. The cleanliness of the establishment is exceptional and there are people working night and day in insane temperatures to uphold the highest standards for all of the guests. We didn’t go longer than 3 minutes at any point during our stay without someone asking us if we needed a drink or wanted something to eat. The staff were also absolutely phenomenal with the kids. You feel safe here, unbelievably well looked after and from around day 2 already wishing that you had booked a longer holiday! rooms are cleaned daily to an immaculate standard, mini bar and coffee espresso pods restocked and fresh towels, dressing gowns and bedding all put down. Entertainment is also great. On top of all of the above, our assistants (which you can access any time of day via WhatsApp) made us feel so welcome and were on hand to book tables at al la carte restaurants or resolve any issues (not with the hotel but with our kids losing googles etc) as well as provide us with a daily update on activities. As an extra special touch they also ensured a wedding anniversary cake was put out during an evening at the steak restaurant and upon our return to our room we found a bottle of wine and a decorative bed setting with roses. Special mention to Uulayim, Aleksandr and Kamila, our assistants during our stay. The family bungalow room we booked was big and spacious and lovely. We haven’t felt that anything was off during our stay here across the entire 7 days, and the kids are already asking when we can book again for next year. My advice to anyone thinking of booking is that it will be money very well spent!! Do it!!

We have just returned home after a fantastic 10 night stay with our 5 year. The hotel and staff were outstanding from the minute we arrived. The what's app assistants were extremely helpful throughout our stay (Kamila and Sitki) we have stayed at many of the top 5 star hotels in Turikye however my partner and I both agree that the level of service in the hotel is the best we have had. We sat on the family pier most days as there was a nice breeze and had amazing service from the waiter who worked there (curly hair with blonde on top) he remembered our order and we didn't even have to ask for a drink as he was so on the ball! We stayed in the bungalows alongside the main hotel which were in a good location for getting to the restaurants and pool. The restaurants including the main buffet restaurant were all great and food was all served and cooked to a high standard. During our stay we visited the Italian twice, the Greek and the Chinese. We enjoyed them all! The rooms, grounds and hotel areas are kept immaculate staff were always about cleaning and maintaining the hotel. Our only downfall for the holiday was the entertainment, the hotel has a very large number of Russian's and on several nights the hotel entertainment was quite clearly aimed at them. One night was a concert where it was purely Russian songs, we felt very out of place and ended up going up to bed at 9.30pm. The main entertainment generally was very good on most nights however at 10pm after the main show a band/singer would be on and it again was very Russian with the majority of songs being Russian ones. We are currently booked up for the Voyage Belek in a couple of months time but are now considering cancelling. Overall we all had a great holiday and really enjoyed ourselves.
