When we checked in at Megasaray Side , we were told the room was ready , but when we walked in and saw it , it was not charged . The next day started me having a problem with cleaning , refilling the bathroom and minibar . But thanks to Akmaral Digerbaeva , after talking to her that we had problems in the room , then everything was fine . Every day we were happy with our room . Thanks a lot to Akmaral for the professional attitude and for making our stay better .
