When we checked in at Megasaray Side , we were told the room was ready , but when we walked in and saw it , it was not charged . The next day started me having a problem with cleaning , refilling the bathroom and minibar . But thanks to Akmaral Digerbaeva , after talking to her that we had problems in the room , then everything was fine . Every day we were happy with our room . Thanks a lot to Akmaral for the professional attitude and for making our stay better .

Lobby barman efe is professional. The drinks are so tasty . Also guest realtions are very nice elif and hilal . They are so sweet people. About food it is so delicios and varios i love them. The pools and entertainment if hotel is so good . Thank you so much megasaray hotel.

Great place for a family vacation. Specially Nazar Koca representing Jolly tour was extremely helpfull and made the trip more worthwhile. Thanks the Guest Relations Hilal, Elif and anastasiya for supports. Food is great. There is something available almost all round the clock. The beach is 250 m walk but everything is available there leaving no need to walk back to the hotel.

First of all we would you like to to say thank you Guest Relations Team, especially Göksu, Melek, Anastasiya The people at the bar are very pleasant, there is a large selection for dinner. And the food here is very good. The people here are generally pleasant and communicative. They support us when needed.

An excellent service at this beautiful hotel. Also, Göksu and Elif on the guest relations are very kind. The service on the reception personally Esra help us to resolve different staffs very kindly and very fast! Thanks a lot. There are a lot of pools for the adults and for the children. There are very big diversity of tasty food! And the animation and the concerts are very interesting! I recommend this hotel for a family!
