Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - All Inclusive

After visiting Fethiye for the past two years we decided to try the Akra Sorgun in Antalya and we are absolutely delighted to have stayed in this beautiful resort. Words cannot do justice how incredible this resort is not only for couples and families, but all range of people. The facilities here are extensive, ranging from an indoor cinema to a games room, a choice of shops inside the main reception and an indoor pool. The views here are second to none, with every room having a stunning sea view. Everything is spotless down to the finest details, even around the pools there are people constantly cleaning to ensure a 5 star experience. Plus, there are separate spaces for families and 16+ guests with young adults too. The toilets around the resort and the pool toilets are cleaned every half an hour and i never felt that anywhere I went was dirty or unhygienic. The food at this resort is so delicious with so many options for all different appetites. The resort also offer themed nights and 24 hour A La Carte service at the buffet and bar meaning no matter your time of arrival you can grab something to eat or drink. The bars and cafe at the resort always ensure that you can grab a quick snack or drink no matter where you are on the resort. The other restaurants at the resort are incredible and the food is just absolutely delicious and everyone is so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and modern, perfect for couples or families of any size with air con too to suit the hot climate. The entertainment team at this resort are so dedicated and hardworking and they always perform to the highest calibre. the effort they put in is unmatched with performances in the evening for adults and children, and the resident musicians Elisabeth, Mike, and Viktor are amazingly talented and it was always wonderful to hear their stunning talent. Yet, no matter the beauty of this resort, it’s the service and the work of the team of employees here which really make a holiday memorable, and so we would like to thank a few people. First of all in the beautiful lobby bar we would like to thank Ilgin, Ahmet, Metin, Mert, Hilal, Duygu, and Enes. These members of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and we truly have made some amazing friends. The dedication of these members of staff is incredible and they always had the highest degree of professional excellency. Also, at the adult pool bar we would like to thank Ismail and Cebrail for always brightening up our mornings and afternoons with their consistent dedication around the pool no matter the climate or request made. At the restaurants we would like to thank Erdi, Dilek, Mehmet and Suleyman for always being so kind and welcoming every single day. At this resort you always feel like they really get to know you as people to ensure a smooth experience. What a great hotel, from the minute you check in with the friendly and helpful receptionists you will see how well the hotel has been completely refurbished. Everything is spotlessly clean wherever you go. We stayed in a penthouse suite which was absolutely out of this world . the food is also first class with plenty of choice. Overall a great experience

We've just came back from this wonderful trip - been in AKRA from 11 to 18 of July. And it was AMAZING. We'd like to thank each and every member of the crew for being kind and lovely the whole time. Now let's talk about everything in details! THE ROOM: we've had a wonderful room in Adult Zone on the 2nd floor with a sea (and an adult pool) view. I can assure you it was OK and quiet enough even with the open doors! And if you'd like to have a rest - you can close the balcony doors and definitely have a total silence. Plus, you have a beautiful air conditioning, so you can keep the doors close if you are annoyed by the pool-sounds (which we never experienced). Special thanks for the awesome cleaning, for the SmartHome assistance, for all the little hygiene things, bathrobes and slippers, for the TV and always-completed-mini-bar. And the HUGE beach bag is a huge plus))) This made our staying SOOOO COMFORTABLE. I must say, I adored the design of the room (my work is related to this Interior design theme, so I've noticed everything automatically). And the landscape design is awesome too. We saw some of the beautiful cats and even a nice hedgehog)) We were amazed by the fact that the hotel has a pillow menu!!! I immediately changed the basic pillow to the smallest one and had a wonderful sleep through the whole trip. THE FOOD: couldn't wish for more, guys! Everything from breakfast to the late dinner was PERFECT! Everyone can find something for yourself here. You can have any kind of meat, every kind of fruits and vegetables. We'll never forget all the confectionery masterpieces - all the pastries, cakes & desserts were OH.MY.GOD! May the Chef have my all-time blessings! The fact that you can have some food 24/7 is a thing! One day we have missed the lunch and still could eat a good amount of food. By the way - we've enjoyed our drinks (non-alco & alco) every day! Thank you so much for the Birthday cake for my husband)) I'm sorry we couldn't take it all in the room (tried to stay on the diet...). A la carte OCEAN was awesome - we've had a beautiful seafood here. THE STAFF: I must say this again - the crew is wonderful! Unfortunately I was a bit nervous about my English, so I couldn't learn all the names :) But all the reception teams, all the waiters, all the beach teams, all the shop teams were doing the awesome job! Every time we've asked a question, we immediately had a fast and detailed answer. THE LOCATION: I must admit we wanted the most quiet place to stay. 2024 was a bit tough year for us with a pregnancy loss & a parent loss - so we decided WE NEED a 5* beautiful hotel near the green forest! And it was the best choice we ever did. I think even the youngest people can make it here - there were some amazing dancing nights on the beach with a cool DJs. We are in our late 30s & early 40s, and we've enjoyed it a lot))) THE SERVICE: the Laundry service worked SO GOOD! Fast & clean. Thank you. We also had to rent bicycles -

We have just returned from this hotel as soon as you check in which is very easy and quick you get to enjoy this very clean and modern hotel rooms are clean and have everything you need for a great holiday. All the staff from restaurant to pool area are eager to please and very polite and helpful we would totally recommend this hotel.

Superb hotel and excellent location. Refurbished for 2024. This hotel has everything you could need. Huge facilities and many places to eat and enjoy. Refurbished for 2024 but it didn't look like it need it at all. Price increased significantly in 2024 but still very worth a visit.

Family of 4 - 2 adults, a 16 year old and 10 year old. Our first impression when we arrived was good and we continued to be wowed and impressed as the holiday progressed. The hotel is immaculately clean everywhere, the outdoor toilets are no different to the indoor toilets as they are constantly being cleaned. No wet floors or toilet seats or lingering smells. The buffet is the best we have ever encountered and a class above previous 5 star hotels we have visited. The fridge in the room is restocked every day. The drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic are of a good quality. The staff are what make this place so special, they are all so friendly and cannot do enough for you. I hope they know how important they are and are valued by their employer. We certainly appreciate the impact that they all had on our stay. We would want to list them all if we could but we'd like to thank Asu who cleaned our room each day, Semieh and Batuhan the day waiters and evening waiter Metin in the piano bar. We had some family photos and the photo team were lovely too. The quality of the images was great. The beach is clean and there are plenty of loungers and clean towels. Drinks bar close by. There are plenty of activities to choose from in the day, our 10 year old did archery and some of the clubs. He also really enjoyed crazy golf and the indoor pool. The evening singers sound amazing, we stayed in the piano area as listening to them was a great way to end the day. We didn't go to the outdoor entertainment but heard it was good. The shops on site were reasonably priced, the same as the local shops to be honest. Normally we are ready to go home after 11 nights but we are sad to leave this fabulous hotel. We normally like to go somewhere different every year but we've already said that we would like to come back. Would have posted more pics but we are in most of them.

This hotel is incredible the service is beyond excellent. The staff could not do enough the food amenities location cleanliness all exceptional. We visited for the 1st time at the end of July for a 2 week family holiday and had the most amazing holiday. We will definitely be back.

Third visit in 3 years- amazing place! Fantastic value for money, very clean & the staff are excellent- Lütfü, Ilgan,Okran and many more. We booked direct this time and the help and communication from Arif DEMİR was invaluable, very helpful. We will be back.

This hotel is a nice hotel. It had great rooms and was very clean. They were extremely accommodating to my two elderly parents who have dietary restrictions. The chef Hamza was soo helpful with helping them ensure they had delicious healthy meals that accommodate their health issues. To me that is going above and beyond. The grounds are also beautifully taken care of !
