Not for us unfortunately!! Having read the reviews we were excited to get to this hotel. Unfortunately we did not have the best stay. We went there with our family and friends and when we arrived in the forst day, they sepparated us into 3 different buildings even though we were a group, and even though we came with our parents, who didn't speak english and who were supposed to help us with the cildren. The front desk person said that this is a matter they won't discuss, and we have to accept what rooms we received. The room was not what we expected for the money we paid for. When we entered, we could feel a bad smell. The storage amenities were not enough for a family with 4 members. In the bathroom, which was really small, and the fixtures were old and used, there was no storage for you to place cosmetics and different things you use in the bathroom. The lighting fixtures were not enough, in the room, in the evening was kind of dark. On the terrace, the furniture was old and used. Moreover, no one told us that at 4 in the morning the sprinklers will turn on and wet all our towels that were pkaced outside to dry.Not to say that the nouse of the water on our door woke us up ( sprinklers were not placed correctly and the water reached our door, not the grass). The air conditioning was also damaged as it dripped on the floor, in the room but also in the restaurant on the table we ate. We asked for a baby crib for our 2 year old and we received one with stains, tairs..etc with a matress that wasn't fitting the bed, that we had to ask someone to change. The entertainment is good in the day but at night unless you want to sit on hard stone slabs in an outdoor theatre then do not book here. We are disappointed and we will not return here.

We arrived at this hotel after midnight. Very warm welcome and food available until 1am which was great for hungry and tired children. Room was very spacious split across 2 levels - open plan room. I think it was an upgrade from what I booked with Jet2. Was a nice room with two floors, 2 showers and 2 balcony. (top level was huge). You could hear noises in the room from people outside and the baby crying next door, but I find this in a lot of hotels I visit. Cleaned regularly and good standard room. Fridge with soft drinks (which was refilled), tea and coffee facilities, towells and we had a bonus of bath robes too. The hotel was Fab and clean and the staff very friendly. If you go in October prepare for the freezing cold pools - we did not expect this. Also the slides are 12 and over for 3 slides which I did not read in the info before I went so this was a bit of a disappointment with a 9 year old very capable swimmer. Sea was lovely and warm. Bit pebbly but nothing major and the beach was clean. Loads of sun beds available. One day I noticed the beach was busy (pool temps meant we spent time at the beach and I assume lots of other families did too), and the staff brought unused sunbeds from pool to beach for guests. I thought this was Fab! Food was good I knew all restaurants would not be open due to it being end of season. Italian and Turkish ala-carte were fantastic. Buffet choice good too. All staff faboulous that were hotel staff. Shop staff tended to make prices up and they were very expensive (double the shop at the end of the road) . My recommendation would be to visit local shops to get supplies much better prices. We had photos taken by photo shop - all staff in there were amazing!! And the pics were super! The one thing that stuck me as an able bodied person was the disabled facilities. A lift on the main staircase from reception area down to restaurant and beach area. And a beach wheelchair. Which is amazing to see and really inclusive! We saw the lifeguard help a disabled person in the beach wheelchair enter the sea for a swim. (two lifeguards on duty and the other one watching the sea while one helped). Really pleased to see such great facilities for less able bodied people. The one thing that made this hotel great for us which we will consider when we return to turkey was the beach being inside the hotel grounds- a real winner not having to walk to the beach. The hotel had a few cats which would sit on your lap while at the piano bar/lobby my kids loved it. Well kept and friendly cats. I would go back to this hotel we had no issues and it was a good holiday (bar the pool temp but if I had looked at google before hand I would have known the pool temp was freezing. We did use the pool but not for long periods.) Lovely hotel and staff would be my summary.

How was the experience? Mixture of Russians, Germans, Turkish and Poles in Hotel. End of season experience definitely not the best as during super busy summer time. Room clean and nice. *Remember about shower gel as not supplied by hotel. Fridge with SOFT drinks. Food Great for meet lovers. Kids was happy with options available. - NO Vegan options but plenty of Vegetarian - No Almond or Soya Milk available in hotel as option at all. Serving Staff friendly and helpful. Chef's always available during diner , launch or breakfast. Pool - COLD IN OCTOBER half of water attractions not running (children choose this place because of these ) Beach... Water warm but Stones... Need water shoes. Smokers around, spaces reserved since early morning not really happy with. Lifeguards more interested in chatting then with children playing in water. Entertainment team was apparently in but personally first hotel I never seen them much. Rude Sale Staff in shops next to amphitheater - everything overpriced no surprise .. All in.. but Not 5* or ultra all-inclusive but overall good experience.

Fantastic family hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Merve! A great all round all inclusive hotel with such a variety of entertainment for all ages. Evening shows were a highlight each evening with the entertainment team so lovely. The pools have loads going on and so many lifeguards make the kids feel safe and parent relax. Food was fantastic with lots of choice even for our fussy eating kids. Thanks for a great holiday.

We had a really wonderful holiday. We lived in the largest apartment for 10 days. the food in the restaurant is excellent. it would be true to have more seafood, fish, shellfish and octopus. The room is also a bit up for grabs, but the beds were comfortable and it was clean. Bahadir is the best bartender at the bar at the reception. He didn't even have to ask and he prepared the best cocktail: SevenSeas.

Just returned from a 5 night holiday to Seven Seas and I’ll start by saying this hotel, in my opinion is not a 5 star. I have broken down my review info different areas for ease of reading. Inital impressions - the hotel is huge, quite impressive lobby and immediate view. The check in staff were friendly and took luggage to the room and engaged in friendly conversation. The landing was dated but clean. The room - (for reference we booked the standard double with garden view room 1325) upon entering I was initially happy with the room, the bed was two singles but were able to be pushed together so plenty big enough for 2. The bathroom was nice, big mirror with complimentary toilitries (we didn’t use them but they looked okay). The shower was plenty big enough with an adjustable shower head and the water was always warm. Plenty of wardrobe and storange space - the wardrobe doors were also mirrored. The free mini bar was a nice touch although it was never very cold. Now the negatives - our “garden view” was a car park which had no sunlight due to a huge tree blocking all sun. This made the room incredibly dark which would have been fine but due to the severe lack of lighting this really was an issue. I don’t have the best of eyesight so I like to get ready at mirrors close to my face but this was impossible due to the lighting issue. We did inform guest relations that 2 lights didn’t work and a freestanding lamp which had this have worked probably would have made a big difference. They promised someone would be right with us, alas no body ever came. I did only ask them the once and I eventually resigned myself to the darkness - this isn’t the service you expect from a 5 star and I was left disappointed with the room. It’s worth adding we did inform them we were unhappy with the room as soon as we got there and asked to be moved - due to them being at full capacity they could only offer us a room that would cost an additional €150 for the time we were there - we decided against it due to how much we had already spent and how much extra we ended up spending whilst we were there. The food - due to being an all inclusive I never have the highest hopes for food being sensational but I do expect to be able to leave a meal feeling satisfied. This isn’t the case here. To clarify we only ate at the buffet and due to how bad it was we decided we wouldn’t waste time trying to book the al la cartes and decided to eat at the old town instead. We did look at the menus for the Italian, Turkish and Sea Food and all fell short of being impressive. Not eating at the hotel ended up adding a huge additional cost to the holiday, but with food being such a significant part of the experience for us we decided to pay the extra. This is one of the reasons this hotel, in my opinion is not worthy of being a 5 star. Yes the buffet has lots of “options” but that’s pointless when they are all below standard. Also, we aren’t fussy eaters and my partner is actually Turkish so I

We have just returned from this hotel - 11 nights with my sons aged 13 and 21. From start to finish we loved it here. It’s a little tired in places but what it lacks in that regard it more than makes up for in spades with the wonderful staff, the lovely grounds, the cleanliness of the property and oodles of food choices.
