We weren’t impressed with the food — it was quite repetitive, often felt like the same ingredients just served in different ways. But honestly? All of that fades into the background thanks to the animation team! Anya is a true magician of children’s happiness. Under her care, the kids blossomed — always engaged, playing, laughing. Nikita is the engine of fun. His jokes, contests, and dances turned every day into a little celebration. Timofey is 100% talent! He knows how to create a show-like atmosphere where everyone feels like part of something special. Huge thanks to the entire animation team — without you, this vacation wouldn’t have been nearly as bright and joyful!

The service is very good and very clean and polite staff tunay is very polite and good service always with a smile and very good cocktails I would definitely recommend this hotel as uts very clean and staff always happy to help and make yiu feel welcome

I honestly did not know what to review this hotel as it was such a mixture. Good points- To start with some of the staff are friendly the ones that stood out were Omar (the holiday rep) the photographer with glasses and the young man in the convenience store downstairs and best of all the bell man who carries your suitcases in (sorry did not catch their names) , the hotel is clean and modernised. The slides were good fun and shuttle service to the beach was regular. Pools are nice. However the hotel has cut a lot of corners for example entertainment is repetitive and poor we saw the same dancers 3 times on a week holiday. in the lifts it gives you entertainment for the different days none of these were correct. The only good entertainment we saw were a man and young boy who did flips they were amazing. on our first night there was no entertainment for kids pre show just music from the DJ which may i add was the worst type of raps song you could think of which you had young kids listening to and dancing to, i did see a mother approach the box and believed she complained, after this night they had entertainers but again was just the same 2-3 kids dance songs. One of the WORST was some of the staff, they are OBSSESED with you writing a good review on TripAdvisor and google which I understand as reviews can make a hotel successful, however it became draining everyday we were approached and told we had to write a good review, they were more focussed on this than actually having guests having a good time and actually wanting to write a good review out of experience. For example I was sorting out an incident with the rep and the manager interrupts our conversation telling us to write a review, when it had only been our first day, to me this was odd why would I write a review when I have not experienced much yet, this went on by various staff mainly managers and 'higher up' people for our whole stay! what made this worse is, we brought some stuff from the bag and shoe shop downstairs he asked us to write his company a review separate to the hotel, i was happy to do this as we had a good service, however since we brought the items everyday he approached us telling us to write the hotel a good review as he was friends with the manager of the hotel, he even brought up chat GPT on his phone got a review and sent it to my phone telling me to post that review!! (I HAVE ATTACHED THIS) the AI review he wanted me to post was wrong it claims they have heated pools they don't and claimed the food was varied it is not. This made me question if some of the other reviews were completely true and genuine. This actually got draining and uncomfortable for us we just wanted to experience it for ourselves and everyday we were being hounded to write reviews. I understand maybe towards the end or when your leaving to be reminded but everyday for a week is a bit much. Loved the holiday, made special by the amazing staff ( Tunay sizcan) very funny and amazing bar man, Food and night entertainment on point. Different entertainment every night Room where very spaceus Will definitely be coming back Could do with increasing the activities though the day

This was a fantastic experience, very spectacular hotel and staff are genuinely polite and all facilities impressive. Got to meet with the owners and appreciate their care services to their customers. Activities coordinators were really helpful and not pushy. I will recommend to all and will surely return with my family for another holiday.

The bedroom is amazing, all staff really friendly and attentive, English is amazing! Lots of drinks to choose from (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) food is lovely with a choice of Turkish and fish a la carte to book. We were here for the 19th may Turkish celebration and the entertainment was incredible
