Really good facilities and good food. Staff were very friendly and kind

stayed here for 10 days. Wouldn’t say I’m that keen to come back, the hotel room was lovely and modern, we paid extra for a sea view- pool view but overlooked another hotel and a little bit of sea so that was disappointing. cleaner was friendly however the room didn’t get cleaned properly unless you asked. Towels are changed only. Food was okay wouldn't say the best, breakfast was the same more or less and basic. Entertainment- I’ve never been to a hotel with such bad entertainment, two times we walked over to the beach as they said it was on then and it was shut down all dark to be told not outside, had to ask receptionist 2 times about where it was going to be and they had no clue.kids dance for 15-20 mins at 9pm which is very late and never known this ever before. The long path to the beach is very dark and scary if you were walking alone so I wouldn’t even bother. Entertainment for the kids in day time is hardly anything. I wouldn’t say this hotel is very child friendly more for couples. Location was good to be fair had a bus stop outside which was very cheap to get to a local shopping mall or town centre. There is a water park near by but isn’t open at the moment ( may ) but looks decent. The hotel gym was spacious but hardly any of the machines were working which is very disappointing. The indoor pool is freezing and had a funny smell and also it needs a lot of work doing to the spa area and pool.. Would I stay here again defo not with kids unless it changed the entertainment and updated some parts of the hotel.

Riolavitas Resort&Spa exceeded my expectations in every way, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, and natural beauty - so I even extended my holiday for another week. Great hotel, love the minimalistic interior. All the stuff team is so welcoming and nice, don’t hesitate to ask whatever you need - you will get great assistance. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of relaxing treatments and massages that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The entertainment options at the hotel were also fantastic, with live music and performances adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, the hotel's convenient access to the beach made it easy to enjoy the stunning natural surroundings and soak up the sun. Love the choice for food wise, I’m sure everyone will find what they like to eat. From fresh seafood to local specialties, every dish was a culinary delight.

We enjoyed our stay at the Riolavitas, but I would manage your expectations before arriving, the hotel advertises as 5* but I’d say now is 2/3*. If you want a decent beach hotel with good food and drink then this is a great option and you can’t complain with the prices. However, if you want a luxury hotel room with all the amenities, I’d book elsewhere. I recommend the rixos premium belek which is definitely a 5*. CLEANLINESS - The main parts of the hotel are clean, on first look, but once you enter corridors or rooms, you’ll see carpets or stained or ripped, the rooms have areas of damage, cracked paint, chipped wardrobe doors, hair dryers hanging off the walls etc, which takes it to a 3* on the surface. Pool areas have chipped tiles , so wouldn’t personally let kids run around bare foot it’s not the safest all round. The housekeeping does not come unless you request (our experience) but you can ask for fresh towels and they will normally sort asap. We had to ***** our own beds to show to them we wanted the sheets changing, as they were being left. The carpets in the hotel need ripping up and replacing with easy to mop flooring, it would be much fresher. BEDROOM - Overall comfort 2*, I’d compare to a Travelodge in the UK which is in line with the prices. The beds are all single, so if you are a couple they push 2 singles together. Note this hotel does not offer double beds. The rooms are small, but has what you need. Mini bars are not topped up daily, despite other reviews. The shower was terrible, very low pressure, if you have long hair you’ll need to use the sink or just shower at the beach, you’d have an easier time😅It’s hopeless. But we got by, we’re not too fussy. FOOD/DRINK - Makes it a 4*, We can’t fault it, I think there is something for everyone, nice salads, meats, rice, veg, chips the usual. The beach bar is great in the day, with amazing staff. A big downside is the evening restaurant, it’s only open 7-9pm, so is like feeding time at the zoo. If this is not your thing, I’d just eat elsewhere. You could be queuing for 30-45 mins just for the bbq section on busy nights. To resolve this, the hotel should open the dinner service 7-10pm, or add extra BBQ sections to reduce the queues. They could use the poolside snack bar for extra meat cooking. Again, can’t fault the staff, all very hard working and kind. The hotel could improve the water situation, they only offer tiny plastic cartons which are bad for the environment and make it hard to stay hydrated, a filtered water tap would be better, or access to large bottled water like many other 5* resorts. AL A CARTE - we booked the kebab house, amazing food and service very attentive staff. 10/10. Great experience that you’d pay £60-100 for in the UK. Again if the al a carte was lightly refurbed, it would have been a 5* experience. ENTERTAINMENT - 2* non existent, if you have kids and want a full packed programme, I’d book a TUI blue for families hotel/ Suneo or similar. Don’t e

The hotel staff is very friendly, everyone tries to give us the best experience. There is also a rich program of activities that will not leave you indifferent, as there is an activity for every generation. The cuisine is superb, and I must also praise their wide selection of both soft and alcoholic drinks and cocktails. The hotel is also given additional value by its private beach with a bar and the possibility of food there as well. There are many daily meals available, as well as midnight snacks that are available all night. I definitely recommend this hotel!

If you want to stay in dirty hotel where staff not cleaning corridors and lifts where staff on reception is ignorant it’s right place to be

Absolutely fantastic Time staff are very friendly and helpful, the food was good and plenty of choice at the bars also in house spa service was fantastic also had a swim up room which was clean and very nice definitely going back to this hotel underated definitely

We stayed at Riolavitas resort and spa in Manavgat for 7 nights I don't recommend it at all.... same food, middle of nowhere, the guide is coming straight after your arrival to sell you "good prices" activities but at the end if you want to rent a car is only 40€/ day in front of your hotel. Is saying 5* but trust me, i wouldn't give it even 3... so disappointed, also not to say about the thing that everything is overpriced inside and outside hotel... one pack of fags today is 3.5€ and next day 5€ 🙁 depends who buys it.... I am really disappointed regarding the experience we had for the first time in Turkey...

The food is delicious, the staff is attentive and friendly, but I would like to especially thank Mrs. Olga. She was very interested in us. Thank you for everything.we are thihinking abaut what everything wonderful..We recommend this hotel to everyone.
