Not a 5 star No service in restaurant Rude staff and other holiday makers Pictures shows toiletries, but all you get is a soap dispenser Staff take food and drink before finishing Trying to get a table is a joke Dirty facilities, pool area Not sure about all ultra inclusive Popcorn 2 euro, candy floss 2 euro Milkshakes and drinks at vitamin bar from 3 Euro Ice creams in the evening 3 Euro No entertainment at night in the hotel, have to walk to beach, starts at 10pm. No fans, lots of guests using sheesa pipes, very uncomfortable place to sit. Would not return Aircon in restaurant drips all over you and ceilings mouldy

Would say more 4*. A few niggles but nothing major and probably personal preference. I feel the beach bar which is also bar serving all drinks for evening entertainment could have been better - there were long queues in an evening as often only 1 person serving and limited drinks options. Tereace, Lobby & pool bar on main site were all much better. Food was repetitive - we've done many AL but felt more repetitive here although I have to say there was nothing I had which I didn't enjoy. We arrived on Gala Night which I didn't enjoy. It felt chaotic and seemed to be a lot of work to set up & clear away for little gain. Positive - have to start with entertainment team especially Ali & Neslie. Ali was just the best and absolutely made our stay. Others in team also worked so hard & always smiling. The pool area, whilst appearing small, was great. No issues getting sunbeds. Pool was lovely. Snack bar was good for lunch & great flat breads & uce creams. Lastly, we'd booked 2 twin rooms but as one was for our teenage children we contacted hotel to ask if they could be close together - the rooms they allocated could not have been better (6655 & 6653) - one key opened both which accessed the two rooms linked by short corridor which was great for storing Inflatables & cases. We still had our own space & two bathrooms. Finally on our last day we enquired about late check out as we weren't being collected until 7pm - they advised we could have room until 6pm for €40 but it would be a different room which wasn't an issue for us - the room we were allocated was a beautiful swim up room. Overall, great stay

I like this place very much. The swimming pool is too if the range for somebody wants to swim. There is the main pool but there is also side pool od 50 meters length very good for swimming Food in the restaurant is as usually good as in other Turkish all inclusive resorts. Plenty of different meals a lot if barbecued lamb, fish beef. All day ice cream if you have children and beautiful a la cart restaurant with very pleasant hosts.

The Team is amazing, the Location is fantastic and all inclusive feels really all inclusive. Mike the German Manager is an amazing Guy. We played a few rounds of games together and had a lot to laugh. Greet him if you get the chance and have a nice Holiday here!

We spent our holiday here and overall it was a decent experience. • The food was not great, but it was okay — you can always find something to eat. There were many types of pastries and pies, which were very good. Fruits all the time. The desserts were not really to my taste, mostly creamy and with lots of colors • The beach is about a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel (nuce walkway) but they also provide a car to take guests there. • The beach itself has sand with some small stones. However, the entrance into the water is not very comfortable. • During our stay, there were a lot of waves, which made swimming a bit difficult. • The small pool for kids was always very cold, so nobody really used it. Luckily, the other pools have shallow areas suitable for children. • One negative aspect: there were a lot of mosquitoes. We all got bitten a lot. • Cleaning everyday. Hotel and rooms clean. • Shows organized every evening after dinner. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but we still managed to enjoy our holiday.

Firstly as other reviews say this is not 5 star. I never usually go for 5 star but got a fab deal and thought id treat myself and my 14 year old daughter. We got there at around 5:30am and wanted to get a couple of hours in. 6:30am was woken by loads of noise. Rang reception and we must have been under the bins of another hotel as it was the bin men. This went on for around 20 mins We headed to the main pool area, Not enough places for sunbeds therefore people are going onto the side which is full of dust which turns to mud when wet then getting into the pool. Kids had dropped ice screams and no one bothered to pick them up. The pool area was quite dirty. But a lot of this was down to the other guests not putting stuff in the bin! From then on we decided to go to the beach. So much more relaxing. Didnt matter what time we went we always got a bed. The beach bar was pleasant too. Staff were always lovely to us. Especially the towel man in the spa. Always made an effort to talk to us when changing our towels. We changed rooms on the second day. We upgraded to a swim up. People saying not to waste money as sun isn't there but we were going to beach till around 230 then heading back to room for the sun coming to our pool. So relaxing and the sun was there till around 6 on our balcony. There is a nice area of shops and a couple of bars/restaurants and short bus ride away. Id say 5 mins on the number 11 bus straight outside hotel and we never waited more than 2 minutes for them. Number 10 back where you get dropped off. So easy. The mini bar is stocked daily. With bottles of fanta, coke, water and ours had 2 bottles of efes. The rooms are clean and modern. The only thing I could complain about there is nothing to get rid of the water from the pool on the balcony and is very slippy. As for the restaurant it was mayhem. There was never a table. Once I got one put our drinks down and went for food... come back our forks were gone and one of our chairs. Now surely people could see by the full drinks that someone was sitting there. Its just rude! However, food was nice enough and there is something for everyone. Back to the room. I have to say it was so noisy. Guests are selfish. Kids running and screaming. We were also next door to a staff only fire door. From around 7am staff just went in and out of the door letting it slam shut! Def no chance of a lie in (room 1115) my daughter still managed. Dont ask me how! Can't really comment on the entertainment as only went a couple of times. The vitamin bar is so good but is separate from the all inclusive. Worth it though. Their mocktails were amazing. We got one every day. Big shout out to Huseyin at the water sports at beach. As you walk down to the beach his place is to the left hand side. Myself and my daughter done the speedboat trip to side and we also went parasailing. All of the staff there are so lovely! They also help you get on the raft to get onto the boat. Watch out for their do

Im not one for ever being negative but if it saves one family this experience then its worth telling. Family of four nothing centred around the kids, the place is full of rude people. The hotel is far too small for the number of people here. Get ready for seeing sunbeds with towels on all day but nobody occupying them (yes I did move several so others could use) that many peope u are more or less shoulder to shoulder in the pool. Buffet is a free for all absolutely carnage nothing like a five star. You struggle to find tables at breakfast and evening meals and when you do be prepared to wait ages to get them cleaned. No table service for drinks at meal times (first all inclusive this as has happened to us) the entertainment team have a board of activities-yet asked every day for the darts and football that was advertised and never happened, mostly seen the entertainment team sat round smoking or pestering you to buy raffle tickets or shirts etc. Areas are always mucky due to the over spill part of sunloungers that are placed on muck. 2 out of 4 of us got ill whilst here. Booked because of football for the lads and its just a bit of wasted area and you have to get the volleyball nets for a game..We attempted the evening entertainment no chairs so we stood round a table and couldn't see anything due to being far too many people for the space provided. Spent most evenings playing cards in the lobby the staff there was lovely. Definitely more like a 3* at a push. Its totally put me off turkey. Please do not book and waste money like we did. Photos on tui make it look a lot bigger than what it actually is.

This was a hideous experience and this would be the first time, I was desperate to get home. I would like to warn anyone off booking through “On the Beach” as through out my stay I flagged all of my concerns and non we’re taking seriously. Unfortunately my child became violently unwell here and it was every parents worst nightmare. All week I was concerned about the amount of people and that there seemed to be no basic hygiene- There is filth and grime in areas and infants in the pool, with no nappies. The restaurant cannot hold the amount of customers and I wanted people pick food up with their hands. It was grotesque and disgusting. My child was shoved and we would not allow them to go into the eateries. As the week went on my child was horrendously sick, this was mostly vomiting. I was given a plastic bag at 3 am I the morning - no bowl, no covers and no options, i was desperately trying to her help and on the beach were useless and refused to help/support. Be careful. Some of the staff were wonderful but overall this is a 3 star hotel and not worth the thousands we had spent and I wish I had never gone.
