Riolavitas Spa & Resort Hotel

The Team is amazing, the Location is fantastic and all inclusive feels really all inclusive. Mike the German Manager is an amazing Guy. We played a few rounds of games together and had a lot to laugh. Greet him if you get the chance and have a nice Holiday here!

This is a brilliant hotel. I stayed with my two teenage sons. We arrived late at night and was checked in quickly and advised there was a night kitchen open. The food at the night kitchen was not great in terms of things we would actually eat but that is the only time we found this. There was a wide variety of delicious food available at breakfast,lunch and dinner. We would choose eggs on toast, pancakes and fruit for breakfast. For lunch we liked to go to the beach restaurant where we would have pizzas, burgers, chips, Turkish pancake, chicken. Then at dinner we would go to the restaurant and my kids mainly stuck to spaghetti, fried and chicken but I enjoyed a wide variety of food that was delicious. There was a bean and lentil type stew which was beautiful. There's always fruit available and there was ice creams available at dinner time in the restaurant aswell as at certain times by the pool and beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. It was busy by the pool for sunbeds but always beds available at the beach when we would go and we went almost daily. You can get the Dolmus right outside the hotel and the reception staff will tell you which number you need. The rooms were lovely, clean, modern, air conditioned. There was always staff around the pool and beach area cleaning. Very clean and modern hotel. Amazing time here and would come back. I really can not fault the hotel. It was brilliant. The only thing I wasn't expecting is how noisy the neighbouring hotel is of an evening. Between 10-11pm they play very loud music outside. Riolavitas have their entertainment down by the beach which is perfect so it does not disturb those getting some sleep.

During our holiday at Riolavitas Hotel, we were lucky to meet two amazing bartenders — Recep Yildiz and Islam Yuguran. From the very first day, it was clear that they truly enjoy their work and go above and beyond for every guest. Both of them were incredibly fast, always in a good mood, and nothing was ever a problem — no matter what kind of cocktail or drink we asked for, they delivered it with skill and a smile. Their cocktails were delicious, perfectly mixed, and beautifully presented — every drink felt like a little experience. We really appreciated their attitude, because even when the bar was crowded, they never lost their positive energy or friendliness. Recep and Islam created a real holiday vibe, making everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. If we ever return to Riolavitas, it will definitely be partly because of them. Thank you both for the excellent service and the great mood with every drink!

Would say more 4*. A few niggles but nothing major and probably personal preference. I feel the beach bar which is also bar serving all drinks for evening entertainment could have been better - there were long queues in an evening as often only 1 person serving and limited drinks options. Tereace, Lobby & pool bar on main site were all much better. Food was repetitive - we've done many AL but felt more repetitive here although I have to say there was nothing I had which I didn't enjoy. We arrived on Gala Night which I didn't enjoy. It felt chaotic and seemed to be a lot of work to set up & clear away for little gain. Positive - have to start with entertainment team especially Ali & Neslie. Ali was just the best and absolutely made our stay. Others in team also worked so hard & always smiling. The pool area, whilst appearing small, was great. No issues getting sunbeds. Pool was lovely. Snack bar was good for lunch & great flat breads & uce creams. Lastly, we'd booked 2 twin rooms but as one was for our teenage children we contacted hotel to ask if they could be close together - the rooms they allocated could not have been better (6655 & 6653) - one key opened both which accessed the two rooms linked by short corridor which was great for storing Inflatables & cases. We still had our own space & two bathrooms. Finally on our last day we enquired about late check out as we weren't being collected until 7pm - they advised we could have room until 6pm for €40 but it would be a different room which wasn't an issue for us - the room we were allocated was a beautiful swim up room. Overall, great stay

Its my second time in Turkey but my first stay here at this hotel the food the staff at the hotel everything is good,the rooms are perfect comfy clean,the bars are percect they always have what you need and theyre always smiling,Ali from the entertainment team is a fun guy,thanks tho this hotel for its hospatility im sure Im coming back!!

Pros- lovely clean hotel -room cleaned and restocked when ever you put your sign on - entertainers are lovely specially ALI I think his name is (guy with the Afro) -always something to do - lady at the terrace bar that makes the drinks is lovely! -branded drinks -free shuttle going to the beach frequently -vitamin bar is LOVELY we often just bought them as they were cheap 3-5€ and added a shot or two of vodka from the all inclusive bar ! -most of the staff are lovely Cons- I needed an antiseptic wipe for my toe however when i asked the staff for a wipe and plaster I got sent to the doctors office, the nurse didn’t speak a work of English and demanded she can’t give me anything untill I see a doctor which obviously is just for money as I could see the wipes and plasters Food is VERY repetitive and also gave me and my partner dodgy bellies -we did 10 days and entertainment can be boring/repetitive however they do offer clubbing every nights for the over 18s but I wouldn’t go without a friend personally as it’s very busy and can be quite intimate dating -they play loud music at 10am every day as their good morning song -rooms are not sound proof you can hear the room next to you showering, going to the toilet etc Some staff can be very rude or do not speak much English DO NOT USE THE HOTEL SHOP we bought something and got charged €25 and then a Turkish guy bought the same thing and got charged €10 there is a shop down the road called riverjet
