Arrived towards the end of July with family in a group of 8, first impressions when arriving at the hotel were good, staff greeted us and immediately identified any needs or requirements we had, we were then escorted to our rooms via golf buggy with our luggage which was nice after some long travelling. This hotel is shown as a 5 star hotel but there were a number of things during our stay that we identified that left the hotel falling short of where it should be, we have stayed at a number of 5 star hotels before and would say this hotel is a maximum 3 star hotel. Cons to the holiday/hotel: - The hotel room is not practical at all for a family with a child, there is no privacy at all when exiting the toilet or shower, it is also very compact and very basic. - The hotel room cleanliness was average, we noticed a large amount of dust that was not cleaned on one occasion we came back to the room to find it had been swept and large clumps of hair and dust were just pushed to one side of the room - Our family had bedding changed and had marks on it along with several holes in the duvet, a simple check should have spotted this! - In our room we noticed mould starting to grow on the ceiling of the room, this got progressively worse during our stay to the point that when we checked out it had covered most of the room. - The shower leaks across most of the floor when you are showering, this becomes dangerous and really needs to be solved. - We noticed a big problem with Ants across our room and balcony, we identified Ants crawling across the floor of our room at several points during our holiday. - Need more cold-water stations around the resort, the bar and restaurants were handing out warm bottles of water that have come straight out the plastic packaging, understand its hotter than usual but maybe invest in more fridges. - Cocktails were different depending on who made them, on several occasions they were undrinkable. - The bar service was poor, there is virtually no service from sunbeds, occasionally a lone staff member will walk around take orders and then not come back, the bar itself was understaffed and we felt sorry for the staff working the bars, on one occasion we noticed the pool bar had 40 people sat/stood waiting for drinks with 1 lone bar staff member serving. - On several occasions we went to get a drink from the bar and gave up because there was too many people waiting, this is not what you would expect from an all inclusive resort! - Drink orders in restaurants were constantly wrong, either wrong drinks arrived, or drinks were missed. We think this is down to staff understanding requests as English was not really spoken. - Extremely loud pool music is played at certain times of the day (for sports and aerobics) this music was repetitive with the same song set being played twice each day and be warned the language was explicit on several occasions with swearing and other remarks which is unacceptable when you ha
