I stayed in Manaus an extra day after staying at this hotel's affiliated Amazon lodge. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were well appointed. My room had a nice view of the Opera House. There was a good selection of restaurants and craft shops in the area, and it was across the street from the Opera House. I would have liked to have had more time to explore the area.

A very well located establishment with outstanding attention to guest needs.The staff are very service focussed.Despite an English language deficit every effort was made to make a family of 6 adults feel extremely welcome and comfortable.The restaurant dinner options were first class and definitely an hotel we would all return to.

Spacious room with lovely views of the Opera House from the balcony. Large comfortable bed, mini bar reasonably priced, inroom safe, good aircon, good wifi, ample hanging/drawer space. Bathroom has soap/conditioner/shower gel dispensers at basin & walk-in shower. Good water pressure from shower. Hair dryer Hot & cold buffet breakfast, eggs done any way you like, nice breads, cheeses, cold cuts, cakes etc. First class dinner with filet mignon with a regional fruit sauce followed by churros with a different fruit sauce & Brazil nut ice cream Staff friendly & helpful Fitness suite, swimming pool & spa available. Brl 75 (£9.40) from airport. Highly recommended.

When we arrived at the Juma Opera Hotel today we were extremely surprised at how beautiful this hotel is. The photos on the internet do not reflect this at all. The building (an old villa) is very welcoming; The staff (from the luggage carrier to the reception to the waiters in the restaurant) is very attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. Our room is very large and flooded with light. The food in the restaurant is first class. It promises to be a great stay. The price-performance ratio is great! Absolutely recommended

Fantastic place to hang around just sitting in the garden with a nice drink and a perfect view to the safest zone of the city. Even in the night, you can walk around as a green without any doubt. Also, I can recommend the restaurant the good vine.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The aesthetics of this hotel are on point the staff friendly knowledgeable and eager to help we spend three nights on this property. It’s across the street from the famous opera house and the city Square with restaurants and live music just across the street.

Very nice hotel conveniently located right across from famous Amazon theatre in Manaus. Breakfast was included in our reservation which was a plus, nice service, helpful staff. They hold your luggage if you stay at their lodge in Amazon which is also helpful. Not too far from airport either so Uber does not cost you much and they organized “ Pink Dolphin interaction your” for us on a very short notice which we appreciated.

First class modern boutique hotel set in the heart of the city directly opposite the Opera House. There is nothing not to like about the hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was modern comfortable and had all the facilities you require. Rooftop pool area gives you great views of the Opera House and picturesque Square. It is also the ideal spot to recover from exploring this intresting city in the heart of the Amazon. The hotel also has a comfortable terrace overlooking the street which is great for a cooling drink, then there is the excellent hotel restaurant which serves some very tasty food. It is here you are served the equally good buffet breakfast. This hotel comes highly recommended and we would be happy to return here.
