Hotel péssimo
Sem café da manhã desorganizado ar condicionado não funcionado. Armários quebrados elevadores com defeito
Atendentes simpáticos mais a instalação muito ruim
Só soubemos q não tinha direito ao café da manhã na manhã seguinte.
Falta de clareza na reserva

Péssimo hotel e super antigo. Ar condicionado velho que mal funciona, o quarto nāo fica gelado, torneiras do banheiro e chuveiro nāo fecham direito e ficam pingando. Vi baratas no quarto. O café da manhã é super simples que custa um absurdo de 25 reais. Além de tudo, por um mal entendido fui exposto por um funcionário que me chamou na recepçâo pq sem querer bati na porta errada, até ameaçou chamar a policia, sendo que não fiz absolutamente nada, e além de tudo, me falaram q nâo podia entrar sem camisa no hotel. sendo q com o calor da cidade, somente tirei a parte de cima. nunca mais voltarei la. apesar do preço ser mais barato e a localização ser boa, nâo vale a pena, preferível pagar um pouco e ficar num ,lugar melhor onde os funcionários sâo mais preparados e sabem lidar com clientes.

A experiência foi horrível! O hotel é sujo, nosso quarto estava imundo! Tenho alergia e quase morri, a cama da minha amiga estava quebrada. Banheiro sujo. O corredor com cheiro de cigarro e ainda é super desorganizado! Sem contar o café, é péssimo, tem que melhor e muuuuuuuito! É sem condições. O ar condicionado fazia um barulho terrível e também estava super sujo.
