The hotel has a pleasant room and a good breakfast in its restaurant. There is a lack of greater rigor in cleaning the room, bath floor exchange, toilet in the bathroom box, as Manaus has a lot of moisture, and needs a super hygiene in the bathrooms and floors.

The location is very good, but close to the side of the road is very noisy, very noisy, and the windows are not soundproof. It is speechless that the cleaner broke into the room and went straight to the bedroom without knocking.

We spent one full night and one partial (our flight left at 3 am). The lobby, restaurant, and bar are really nice. Food and service in restaurant were very good. Restaurant prices were reasonable given the quality of food and service. The front desk staff were very nice and spoke very good English. Even the van driver was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were very clean and neat. The bulk shampoo and soap dispensers in the first room were empty and there was a plumbing issue, which we reported. The entire facility is very clean. The decor is a little austere, which I assume was just someone's choice. It is comfortable and decorated with very nice artwork. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Hotel facilities are good, high floors are not damp, swimming pool is more convenient, breakfast can be fried eggs or Omelet, taste is also quite a lot of choices, fruit is good, front desk service English is also very good. There are still activities at the hotel from time to time, and there are said to be many activities on Saturdays.

The location is well in the centre, which is great, but I didn't feel comfortable walking in the region at the weekend (it has a lot of trade, so when closes is desert). The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is too delicious, super complete (reputation cake misses). I felt welcomed in detail at home.
