The owner is really nice! Even though there was a problem with the trip.com platform which showed the wrong availability on the website. The moment I booked there was actually no availability anymore. But the owner was very responsible even though this was not his fault and he help me find a close by hotel for the night! And also offered me to have breakfast at Seringal, which is really great! The breakfast itself is also a plus!

We made the reservation of the accommodation based on the published photos. It really seemed to be a 4-star hotel, as announced. To meet the 11 room floors, there was only one operating lift, this small and extremely unpleasant smell. Several staff were not wearing mask, as well as many alcohol-gel dispensers were empty. The lack of comfort, sleeved bed clothes, deficitary cleaning (including a shoe on the towel), and the noise is quite uncomfortable. We found spiders, mygs, a latin beer in the bathroom and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The last day of the trip, the electronic closure was a problem and the hotel team took about an hour to make the repair. For the photos on the booking site seemed to be a complete meal, however, there were only a few hot dishes options, one or two types of cake, coffee, juice and just one type of bread. All limited, if it ended, it ended... To conclude, we still highlight the lack of courtesy of staff during the requests and the attendance.

The hotel was excellent when it opened I stayed at almost 01 years, almost every month at the hotel, but this week I was extremely disappointed. I went to bath Monday at 8:30 a.m. and I had no hot water (the girl at the reception told me that it would take place that time) that pq people who come to work go out earlier to work. Another disappointment was coffee, which was very good until then, and there was a very reduction in gta of items and items that had were reused with old face, besides having no eggs that had until then every day. The food was made with the coast with tambaqui, which was always as shed and the banana swallowed came a 1/4 part of the pattern.People try to reduce costs but end up losing customers and unfortunately next time I will not stay in this hotel.

We spent one full night and one partial (our flight left at 3 am). The lobby, restaurant, and bar are really nice. Food and service in restaurant were very good. Restaurant prices were reasonable given the quality of food and service. The front desk staff were very nice and spoke very good English. Even the van driver was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were very clean and neat. The bulk shampoo and soap dispensers in the first room were empty and there was a plumbing issue, which we reported. The entire facility is very clean. The decor is a little austere, which I assume was just someone's choice. It is comfortable and decorated with very nice artwork. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Perfect hotel for late arrival or early departure. Topical Ibis-style rooms, spotlessly clean with a good shower. Breakfast is not included but is worth the extra money. There's a mini-breakfast available before 5AM. Friendly staff and very efficient, even in English.

GGuest UserWe stay at the Lider Hotel for 4 nights and it was an excellent accommodation, large rooms and bathrooms, good bed and provide room service every day. The furniture is old because it is a historic building, so we leave the room with the windows open to air, out of which the air conditioning well holds the heat of Manaus. The room has a table and a fridge that is great for dinners in the room. Breakfast contains some options for fruit, cakes, bread, cold, coffee and juices. The team is aware and very sympathetic. We'll be back.

GGuest UserAfter the drought in the Amazon cut our 9 day camping tour short, we found Mural Living as a last minute accommodation for a shower, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Over the next few days, it became our home as we scrambled to find another tour operator. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and feels like home. We loved the hot showers, the quick service requests, all the kindness shown when communicating with me in my awful Portuguese, and the general low key vibe of the place. We ended up staying 3 nights, each morning coming down and asking to stay another night but keeping the same room. They so kindly obliged. I'm a huge fan of this hotel and whole-heartedly recommend it for others. It'll feel like a home away from home.

GGuest UserStayed at Casa dos Frades following a cruise on the Amazon. I arrived a day early for my reservation, but luckily, the hotel had vacancy for an additional night. I had booked what I understood to be a basic single room, but was given an enormous double room in the end. The whole house is beautiful too. A great and varied breakfast included in the price, which makes this place great value. Location right by the Amazon Theatre is very nice.

OonemorecitySome hotels around the world are great and perhaps always will be because of their location or particular features. The Tropical Executive is amazing because of its location right next to Manaus’ main beach at Ponta Negra on the Rio Negro, and its infinity pool which provides excellent sunset views. The hotel is under new management since recently and feels much better organized and functional. We found the food to be good here, asides from some bland aspects of the breakfast which was still very plentiful with LOTS of options. Staff was attentive, helpful and cordial. Our room (luxo suite) had truly unique Rio Negro and pool views and the balcony provided the perfect setting for an al fresco breakfast and evening drinks. We visited right at the height of the second Covid outbreak in Manaus and found the hotel to have appropriate bio-security measures. Give this place a chance. Maybe there are more luxurious options in Manaus but if you want to really experience Ponta Negra beach and Rio Negro, this is the place to stay.

TTheinkThe location is excellent, 200 meters away from the big hotel next door Gao inn, the facade is a bit small, the equipment is just in the middle of the law, but it is rare that there is no washing powder smell of the Brazilian hotel, it is relatively clean, the quilt is washed and sealed. In this respect, I can score 65 points, but after adding the service of the restaurant, it really makes me very satisfied! The breakfast is full, although there are not many types, but there are some. A buffet of 15 Baht is also available! It’s a gospel to the little poor who I am too lazy to forage.

GGuest UserLocated very close to the Amazon theatre, Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems in facilities such as cutting gardens, shelling floor, old and rough towels, Doubtful board ... but all this has already been expected because the value they collect is very low. it does not give to expect much more than that for this price.
