We made the reservation of the accommodation based on the published photos. It really seemed to be a 4-star hotel, as announced. To meet the 11 room floors, there was only one operating lift, this small and extremely unpleasant smell. Several staff were not wearing mask, as well as many alcohol-gel dispensers were empty. The lack of comfort, sleeved bed clothes, deficitary cleaning (including a shoe on the towel), and the noise is quite uncomfortable. We found spiders, mygs, a latin beer in the bathroom and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The last day of the trip, the electronic closure was a problem and the hotel team took about an hour to make the repair. For the photos on the booking site seemed to be a complete meal, however, there were only a few hot dishes options, one or two types of cake, coffee, juice and just one type of bread. All limited, if it ended, it ended... To conclude, we still highlight the lack of courtesy of staff during the requests and the attendance.

The hotel has a pleasant room and a good breakfast in its restaurant. There is a lack of greater rigor in cleaning the room, bath floor exchange, toilet in the bathroom box, as Manaus has a lot of moisture, and needs a super hygiene in the bathrooms and floors.

The room was just as in the pictures, super comfortable bed and pillows. Great view from room's balcony and from the pool. There was a bit of miscommunication between the staff as to if the sauna or the jacuzzi were working (neither were). Nice breakfast variety as well.

Perfect hotel for late arrival or early departure. Topical Ibis-style rooms, spotlessly clean with a good shower. Breakfast is not included but is worth the extra money. There's a mini-breakfast available before 5AM. Friendly staff and very efficient, even in English.

The hotel is very good. excellent service staff. the rooms are clean and cozy. The air conditioning is not that good but it works well. the best is the breakfast where you can try different juices and fresh feuitas. But the omelet made by Mrs Dayanny is absolutely fantastic and worth repeating!

The hotel was excellent when it opened I stayed at almost 01 years, almost every month at the hotel, but this week I was extremely disappointed. I went to bath Monday at 8:30 a.m. and I had no hot water (the girl at the reception told me that it would take place that time) that pq people who come to work go out earlier to work. Another disappointment was coffee, which was very good until then, and there was a very reduction in gta of items and items that had were reused with old face, besides having no eggs that had until then every day. The food was made with the coast with tambaqui, which was always as shed and the banana swallowed came a 1/4 part of the pattern.People try to reduce costs but end up losing customers and unfortunately next time I will not stay in this hotel.
