This vacation home is a good spot to relax in the sun with nearby beach. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a refrigerator will help make your beach vacation comfortable and convenient. Also enjoy some of the nearby water activities including boating, scuba diving, parasailing and fishing. Feel free to bring your own boat there is plenty of parking and we have a shared dock to use. The beach is very private and low key with no public access besides are little neighborhood. The pool area is very secluded and covered with a large lanai and tropical landscaping. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 12.
