服務這一塊必須點贊，因為帶着孩子，孩子不到一歲
又是晚上到的，讓長者跟孩子先上去，門口的保安大叔直接領上去，因為孩子還小，給我們換了一間暖和一點的房子，我也是大包小包，門口阿姨主動開門，房間環境也不錯，這麼多年以來，第一次住到乾濕分離，舒服舒適，很不錯的一次體驗，強烈推薦

酒店地理位置很好，離大唐不夜城，大雁塔，大唐芙蓉園都挺近，設施設備齊全，前台小姐姐趙路很有禮貌，服務態度很好。酒店環境很好。

真是醉了，住了4天，最後一天馬桶圈坐壞了，皮膚也有點破損，主動給酒店説明情況，酒店一點關心的話沒有，賠了60，下次不會再住這家酒店。
