該迎賓館屬花園酒店，停車方便。客房古色古香，床上用品潔凈。衹是衞生間陳舊也不太乾淨。另餐廳菜品價格超貴，我們點的手抓羊肉，結果端上的是羊骨頭湯，骨多肉少。當提出異議時，餐廳居然把羊骨撈出裝盤冒充手抓羊肉，且價格高達182元，有斬客之嫌。

酒店設施配備齊全，個別地方年久失修，比如説電動馬桶。房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜舒服，打開窗簾，立即能見到綠色庭園，非常愜意。酒店位置離瑪納斯舊城約2公里，周邊餐飲設施比較少，是一個環境優美的度假勝地。總枱服務態度很好，但是意外停電時打不通總枱的電話，好在十幾分鍾後恢復供電。餐廳早餐豐富，環境很好，服務員認真負責，仔細巡視着每一道菜剩餘的數量，並及時添加。這是一家非常適合度假的酒店。

房間很寬敞，大窗户，一進屋子陽光明媚，內部設施很舒適，有書桌，還有養生書可以看，房間乾淨，復古木地板。

服務很好，但住宿體驗很差 1、床很小，估計1.2都不到。 2、房間很臭，睡到凌晨一點時候竟然被臭味給薰醒了。 3、房間裏面沒有杯子。用礦泉水瓶子刷了牙。退房時候才發現竟然要自己去走廊裏的消毒櫃裏拿杯子。
