Dear Olive County Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit to your hotel. The quality of snacks served—specifically the Veg Manchurian, Paneer Tikka, and Veg Kabab—was extremely poor. The dishes lacked flavor, freshness, and proper presentation. The Manchurian was soggy and bland, the Paneer Tikka was dry and tasteless, and the Veg Kabab felt undercooked and lacked seasoning. For a hotel of your reputation, this was quite unexpected and unacceptable. To add to the poor food experience, the service was equally disappointing. Staff were inattentive and seemed indifferent to feedback. Our requests took far too long to be addressed, and basic hospitality was noticeably missing. I hope you take this feedback constructively and take steps to improve both the quality of food and the service standards. A reputed brand like Olive County should reflect excellence in both.
