Right from booking till departure we had Overall Wonderful experience in Renest river county resort. The location is near to private bus stand which is walkable. The Mall road is 15 mins away. The rooms are cozy centrally heated with all weather AC. The breakfast spread was good and staff was keen to serve. Mr Aman from front desk made our reservation and check in smooth. They also has wood fire Pizza in house which was awesome. Will again visit this place .

Good experience...very polite and courteous staff.. comfortable and cosy rooms. Food was amazing, especially the wood fired pizza in the evenings and live band 'Yagya'. Took all what it takes to make us comfortable.....keep up the good work

We had a wonderful stay in Renest Manali hotel. Really appreciate the gesture and friendly behaviour of the entire staff. Would love to visit this place again. Food options and taste was nice. Kids friendly property with so many options for kids to spend quality time.

Courteous & responsive staff from reception to room service. Great view to Beas river. Food was really good, compliments to chef...surprisingly south Indian food ..idly, dosas, vada was homely..loved the Trout grill...must try it out. Rooms well kept.

I stayed with my family for 4 nites. We are a family of 6 and took a 3 bedroom cottage to provide that home away from home feeling . Renest Manali has a great location near the Beas river . The stay was fully comfortable and the warmth exuded by the restaurant staff added greatly to the exceptional quality and variety of food . One suggestion we would like to make to the management is that the sitting room in the cottage needs to be refurbished to turn it into an area where the family would really love to relax in the evenings after a day out .The room was rather bare save for some sofas and was not too inviting .

We took two duplex rooms, food was excellent both breakfast and dinner was very very tasty. Good service, and the location is very near to Mall road.They arrange live bands every day. They also assist for transportation arrangements for sight seeing which was wonderful. Overall a memorable and great experience. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I would never ever go or recommend to anyone one of the worst experience of my LIFE. We went their with family at around dinner time we started our dinner and left off because food wasn't good but staff or management didn't even bother asking us why we left. After dinner we went to our room but the door lock was not working properly after so many attempts I finally manag to open but their wear no lights in rooms so we called reception for help. After waiting almost 10 min outaide of room in dark Electrition came and fixed the issue. That is not all the problem continue sink tap came out and water was all over the bathroom.

Wonderful 4 nights stay . Very good service , food and location . Location of room was good with mountain and river view ***** with Balcony .
