We booked the Karma Utopia,Manali.it is close to the Hadimba temple..This was for our stay during the 2024 year end with the idea to ring in the new year. The stay was disappointing We arrived on a freezing say with snow and rains and was very cold..they made us wait for almost 30 mins to give us the room though it was booked months in advance When we checked in the room was small dingy and claustrophobic and when asked for a room they said it was full The location is also not food..there are all constructions around blocking me the view The staff at the reception and the restaurant were grumpy . The food was bad . The road is narrow and often blocked with traffic..we checked out earlier than our blocked duration to stay in a better place.. This is probably the worst Karma property

Very well located resort having lovely views.Staff is extremely efficient in lloking after the guests.We stayed here for 4 days and came back fully satisfied.We were guided with places to visit nearby and they arranged good driver to take us around.

Hotel is good but at the time of booking we got room with balcony but at the time of check in they had given us room without balcony We requested for room with balcony but they did not give us any satisfactory answer I recommend to book hotel near Mall road

I had a pleasant stay at this resort. The location is ideal, surrounded by scenic spots perfect for a refreshing morning walk. The staff were attentive and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience. The restaurant served delicious meals that truly impressed me. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Stayed for two days with family at Karma Utopia. A substandard stay with services and food quality that leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are small, bathroom faucets leaking, the water takes ages to get warmed. Complimentary breakfast was of a poor quality with hardly any variety on offer, the staff was apologetic for most things that were missing.

Manali is beautiful when you see the views around and Karma Utopia is a great place to stay there. The hotel has been recently done up and the rooms are well appointed, though a bit small. he location is comfortable and near the Hadimba Temple, so at times it gets a bit crowded. It is located close to the Mall Road, a few minutes ride in an auto (tuk tuk). The restaurant food is just OK and could do with some improvement, however the staff is warm and hospitable. It is definately a hotel to be considered if visiting Manali.

The entire unit was spik and span like a new property, the view from the room was breathtaking,staff was welcoming and polite. Food was well prepared and check-in and out was a breeze. Very satisfying stay
