My experience was very bad and I will never come to this hotel in my life the staff behaviour was bad they are abusing with my family and the food was bad water supply in bathroom not available no hot water and bad rooms my recommendation not to come in this hotel

Fabulous stay. Fabulous view of river beas. My personal suggestion is to go for river view room. View is splendid from their. Over all comfortable stay and hospitality.

It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the food was amazing there. Its not very far from the main market too. The staff there was very hospitable. The view from the hotel was beautiful too.

The property is too old and not maintained at all, the photos you see and the reality are totally opposite. Never book this hotel.

I have stayed 02 days in hotel sitara international which room mattress was very dirty and after one day no any person come in my room for cleaning and nothing change bedsheet & cover also and corporate with me . And very big issue that which hotel extra charge 300/- per night for room heater.
Hence, don't stay in this hotel.
