The best place to stay in manali, an actual 5 star experience. We had booked a dulex room, the staff upgraded us to a premium room for free. The rooms are super clean and warm, with running hot water 24 hours. The staff is super nice and helpful, the food was worth a golden thumps up and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking.

Overall experience was average. Hotel staff was friendly they even provided us access to balcony to chat and sit. Helped us with taking down the stairs. We faced problems with the geyser which provided very little hot water at a time. Have to wait min 45 mins to access next round of hot water

It was an amazing stay. Rooms, all amenities are superb. All staff's also very helpful and cooperative. Food is also very good and price are reasonable.

Location: location is exceptional with snow mountain view exceptional service: the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms: the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Great location 1 km walking distance from Mall road Great staff behaviour very cooperative behaviour We stayed 3 days in November . Cab and rental scooty also aranged in hotel Breakfast lunch dinner available in hotel restaurant at reasonable price
