Hotel is clean. Staff behaviour is also good. Food quality and tast also good. Overall my experience is good. It's located in mall road so you can get everything near by your hotel. Check-in and check-out process is smooth.

It’s was average hotel as staff were rude and basis amenities were missing . I asked for toothpaste as i was not carrying and they refuse to provide it. Water bottle was not present no kettle and tea was providing in room . I booked deluxe Room , these are basic things

We stayed in super deluxe rooms with family including two kids. Rooms were clean and spacious . Staff was very cordial and humble, especially Mr Labh Singh . Food was good . Located right on the mall road
