Room attendant/ waiter bro
activities not good, he is suddenly enter in room without permission. All staff are good except waiter. Restorent service very fast over all good clean and good behavior

Everything was ok except for non veg meals where we have to go to the upper restaurant which was more cooler in winter and it seems a heater was not enough to warm all people on the table. Breakfast was included but we have to order from menu which was ok to wait. Overall everything was good. Good location

Stay was good, room very good, service - both room and reception, was very good. We ordered for the morning breakfast, which was sumptuous and filling. Overall, it was a great experience.

location is very good 👍 on mall road service also good .and amenities not provide regularly . this is the best hotel for family with small children very near by bus stand. taxi stand. van vihar, monastery and hidamba temple 🛕
