It's very good hotel. Location is good. Hotel staff is very friendly and very supportive. They made sure our stay was good and we didn't face any issue. There is parking available without any extra charges. Also have indoor games to have some good time with friends/ family. Will definitely recommend.

The overall customer service was excellent. The reception, dining room service, housekeeping, every one had an excellent customer service attitude. Special mention to Ravi who organised a bon fire dinner for us. All the staff members seemed naturally concerned about our well being and satusfactiin

I had a fantastic stay at Sterling Manali! The location was stunning, surrounded by nature. The food was delicious, and the fun activities like Jenga , Ludo and Uno , arranged by Mohit and Paresh, added so much fun. They even surprised us with a thoughtful card for our son. Loved the vibe!

We had a fantastic stay at Sterling Manali! Ludo and chess activities hosted by Mohit, Paresh, and Manish made our time even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable.the staff is courteous and hospitable.Highly recommend!

They refused responsibility of the damaged car saying that parking is a complimentary service they give! Unbelievable, a brand like this says your cars are not safe under our watch!! Where do we park cars then?! Please dont book this hotel if you plan to park ur car with them. Also in the name of house keeping, they just did the bed and put towels in place , and nothing else. No wiping of floor, no picking up garbage from the floor ! Pathetic experience. A black mark on the sterling brand.

Our stay at the Sterling Manali was good, with several areas needing improvement. The rooms looked old, with dirt stains on the walls. Additionally, none of the rooms have balconies, which sometimes led to smells and flies getting trapped inside, making it quite inconvenient. There were also insects in the hotel lobby, which was off-putting. On a positive note, the hotel has a small park, a feature that only a few hotels in Manali offer, and it was a pleasant place to relax. The food in both the breakfast and dinner buffets was really tasty and offered a good variety of menu options. We especially appreciated the efforts of Mr. Balvir and Mr. Mehar, who made our stay more comfortable and were always available to assist us with excellent service. However, I believe the staff at the reception could be more welcoming and greeting, which would enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, while the food and certain amenities were commendable, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby need significant improvement.
