It's very good hotel. Location is good. Hotel staff is very friendly and very supportive. They made sure our stay was good and we didn't face any issue. There is parking available without any extra charges. Also have indoor games to have some good time with friends/ family. Will definitely recommend.

Sterling manali is a nice property view from he rom was awesome. The discovery central in resort was well maintained by Mr Mohit. He is a very good in game specially t t and snooker also he organised fun games that was really entertaining and also service was good staff was very humble and polit miss komal and harshit

Nice property ....good view rooms specially for families it's a much better resort ..In sterling Manali there is Activity area discovery central where our kids enjoyed so much ..a lot of games are there like air hockey VR..fooseball .. painting..and all are taken care by Mr.Mohit very well ..he is very helpful and friendly...all the staff is very curtieus..very helpful ..it's a good experience...

The Stay was very comfortable and the location is fantastic.The staff right from the front office to house keeping staff is very polite , humble and eager to help. Mr Rakesh, Mr Aslam, Mr Chander, Mr Umang were very helpful during my stay. Appreciate everyone's hospitality at sterling Manali. Thanks.

The resort didn’t have a resort feel it was more like a hotel and they don’t have 24 hrs hot water supply. But beyond all this Rakesh house keeping department was very helpful, polite, & hard working. I think the trip was comfortable due to him. Thank you Rakesh for everything.

Had memorable stay at sterling Manali. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Room cleaning and complete housekeeping was very well maintained. Want to thanks Guddidevi n Tsrachandjee for the service. And special thanks to Mr. Rakesh for helping @ 11 pm as needed one medicine urgently and had to rush to search for medical . Mr Rakesh prompt action help to get the medicine .

Room was beautiful and neat with a great view. Food was great, warm food was ready for us even after late check in at around 10 in the night. Very sweet and helpful staff, Meraj handled our booking and the whole experience with great care and kindness
