Over all nice feeling...tha ambience was good and well maintained rooms...the staff was good and food was awesome ...and the rever view was top noch ..... rooms are cleaned and well maintained by staff near local sight seeing and slogan valley and sissu waterfall

I always stay here, once or twice an year. Always feels like home. Service is top notch. Food, location, views, amenities, accessibility, parking, cleanliness, so and so forth. River view rooms are just out of the world, with balconies over seeing Beas river, Peaks of Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass, Hampta Pass all visible from one place. And also lush green lawns by the river, all just amazing!!!

Special thanks to Mr. Bhagat Ram and Mr. Amit kumar for all the services. Location is very good specially room balcony view with river. Complete staff is very friendly and trained. Rooms are very good and clean. Once again thanks for the services.

The room was superb. Facilities were good. Food buffet was excellent. Services from the staff was very good as well. Highly recommended. The river view is amazing. We came in July 2024, so there was no snow and less people. If you’re less into crowded areas, now is the best time to travel. Otherwise this place is fully booked from Oct-June onwards. Peak season.

The Staff, The Rooms , The service everything is perfect , this is the best hotel to choose If you are planning to visit Manali , The hotel maintains is awesome and the buffets are different day by day the restaurant is very helpful and friendly best service provided by Bhagat Ram and Amit Kumar I will come visit again mastiff grand hotel manali

Staff was very good and provided excellent service. Rooms were very good and clean Amit Kumar looked after us very well and we will definitely visit this property again but need to add play area or other recreational activities for kids overall it was nice stay

This was my first visit in manali mastiff grand manali resort is one of the best property of manali the view was excellent and food was also amazing and tasty the restaurant staff is cooperative and friendly few name are mention Mr Bhagat ji Mr Amit jii is very good service...............
