No power backup no restaurant only they have alu paranthas in breakfast they do not provide paid tea in evening, no bathing soap

Experience was bad to stay at this hotel, facing following problems: 1. Rooms were not cleaned
2. Washroom were not cleaned
2. Rooms allotted on 3rd floor and lift facility is not available.

I stayed there first of all there is no lift so you have to go up by stairs then room was so dirty. Bathroom was so dirty and smelling also. Manager was so rude on call when i asked for refund.
