From the moment I set foot on the beautifully manicured grounds of Hill river resort. I knew it was about to embark on a memorable journey of peace,luxury and nature gentleness. The staff at hill river resort are so kind and welcoming. When we arrived they greeted us with warm smiles. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Throughout the stay every single staff member we interacted with was polite helpful and genuinely caring. Our room was super cozy and had a great view of the river.. The bed was soft and comfy the liners were fresh and the room had everything we needed. Its centrally heated.. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all amenities. The resort restaurent offera mix of local dishes and some international options. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and was full of flavor. They had a good spread of fruits, hot dishes, fresh juices. In the evening they sometimes organize small events like bonfire with music, it was fun way to end and meet some other guests. The entire resort was very clean - not just the rooms, but also the restaurant ,spa and outdoor areas. Over all I love our stay.. Thank you for amazing services..

My room was a real sanctuary. I stayed in a valley facing room with a private balcony and the view was nothing short of breathtaking .. The room itself was impeccably maintained - the wooden flooring , cozy bedding made it feel both warm and elegant.. cozy heaven with central heating, 24 hour hot water, and climate control that kept the chilly mountain air at bay.. Dining at the in house restaurant was consistently delightful.. breakfast served up fresh fruits, continental option. The staff truly elevated the experience.. front desk team is amazing. There is a game zone with pool table, table tennis , chess, lido, carrom and an outdoor children’s play area with swings, trampoline and see saw.. Location in the Aleo area, the resort is within easy walk of Mall Road.all reachable on foot ar a short taxi ride.. I appreciated this because it meant I could explore town in the evening without hassle. Throughout my stay I felt I received excellent value. The room is excellent, yet pricing remained affordable for added perks like central heating, free parking, seamless service, kids activity area and delicious meals.. I felt more pampered than I expected. Friendly, attentive staff, Spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, centrally heated rooms, 24x7 hot and cold water, lift service, delicious food, Comprehensive amenities like Gym, kids zone, game room, lawn, parking, mini disco.. very convenient location near Mall Road, great overall value- luxury feel at reasonable pricing..

I recently stayed at Hill River Resort by West Western and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and serene river views offering the perfect escape from city life. The rooms are spacious spotless and beautifully designed with all modern amenities ensuring complete comfort. The hospitality of the staff deserves special mention they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cared for. The food was another highlight- fresh flavourful and with a variety of dishes to choose from. The resorts facilities like the well maintained lawn recreational activities and cozy ambiance make it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The Hotel is located near Mall road and you can view scenic beauty of snow capped mountains. Food is good. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. All the required amenities are there. There is a play area for kids. Also it has resturant and gym. If you are looking for beautiful and clean Hotel go for it.
