Good hotel and location.Good interiors and very calm environment. Well maintained decor and five star service.Stayed for 3 days.Great view from our room. Powerful heater in the room.Bad Part: They don't have any arrangement for the driver to take rest.Their manager Mr Praveen was not welcoming and sounded rude.

Hotel ambience is very good.. warm welcome made by staff.. Rooms are very neat and clean.. food is very delicious.. all staff served us perfectly.. specially Gaurav Chauhan is best staff among all staff.. best wishes for hotel business & staff..

We had a great experience despite a big event happening at the venue. Though there was a lot of noise and disruption Phurba Lama never failed to give us the best service and assure all of us family and friends were happy and comfortable. He was very supportive and made the stay an excellent one.

Phurba was a great host whilst we stayed at Tiaraa. He was very attentive and welcoming and went above and beyond with everything. Additionally, the food at the hotel was lovely and all facilities were very clean. We highly recommend staying here if visiting Manali!

The stay was amazing with all the family looked after. All the staff has been great especially Phurba lama who has done more and gone beyond to attend to all our needs. Great views, clean and comfortable hotel just made it all worth it. We all loved it and recommend highly :)

Our stay at Tiaraa was lovely. Phurba Lama was amazing, always happily and enthusiastically looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed and made us comfortable always. Rooms were clean with beautiful views, making the holiday memorable.
