Breathtaking views, exceptional service, and cozy accommodations. A perfect hill station getaway, no doubt it is a stunning property with warm hospitality and delicious food. Highly recommend The staff is very friendly specially the GM vikram sir he is such a helpfull and nice person. Definitely worth visiting, Can't wait to come back..

horrible hotel with rude staff. The mount view room was actually electricity pole view room. The room was suffocating and AC also did not work. The hotel gave me a table fan for ventilation in the presidential suite. It was not even a suite Jacuzzi was actually in the bedroom, everything was in the bedroom only. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Everything is so perfect and excellently handled by staff members also all arrangements are so amazed like singing facilities ,foodstuff are so good.Thanks so much for giving amazing experience.. Our stay at Snow Flakes Resort was truly exceptional, with a fantastic location right in the heart of Manali, friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and beautifully appointed rooms that were spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop terrace made for a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.Thankyou

Snowflakes Resort Manali is a lovely and peaceful place to stay. The property is clean and well-maintained, offering a serene atmosphere. The food is exceptional, and the staff—whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant—are warm and welcoming.
