Snowflakes Resort Manali is a lovely and peaceful place to stay. The property is clean and well-maintained, offering a serene atmosphere. The food is exceptional, and the staff—whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant—are warm and welcoming. With great live music and a cozy bar, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!

Luxurious 4-star hotel in Manali. It has a great location an excellent buffet spread and tastes extremely good. The Plus Point Hotel has 24-hour room service and it was quick. We stayed in a spacious family room with a good Mountain View from the bed and a bigger balcony. Well trained and friendly staff we enjoyed the hospitality. I would like to thank Vikram and his team. Food and service was great. Live singing and bon fire was good experience. Staff was good. Things to improve: - Prices are on the higher side. Like mini bar, price of food against the industry standard. No 4 star hotel would be this costly. - Rooms were very small against the pictures shared and price - Room infra like TV was not working, curtains fell down, curtains were small to cover the whole window area properly, heater issues faced initially. But the staff was spot on helpful for these issues faced which is a great service quality. X FACTOR for us was food taste and serving hot food. Enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at Snow Flakes Resort was truly exceptional, with a fantastic location right in the heart of Manali, friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and beautifully appointed rooms that were spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop terrace made for a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.Thankyou
