This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

Tanya kolam buka jam berapa, ternyata buka nya jam 1, request seperti biasa agar bisa berenanh jam 2, alhamdulillah manajernya bisa mengerti kebutuhan tamu seperti saya yang menganggap renang merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang penting bila menginap di โรงแรม. Saya esok pagi di suruh โทรกลับ bila akan ว่ายน้ํา. สระว่ายน้ําค่อนข้างยาว ประมาณ 30 meteran panjangnya dan ada kolam kecil nya juga, kaprit nya tidak รู้สึกมากนัก dengan kondisi น้ําใสสะอาด. ภายในสระน้ําประมาณ 1.3 เมตร แบนทั้งหมด

The food in this hotel are great ! Start from the room we got room facing totl the sea, so we can enjoy the sunset 🥰, than for the food are great aswell, lot of choice with local food and bread , fruit. And for The staff so friendly aswell.

The equipment is old but the room is big. Hygiene was not very satisfactory at the beginning, but it was dealt with quickly after the reaction. very satisfied. The swimming pool in the hotel is also nice.

Stayed for a week and overall it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaning guys helped us tidy it up every day. Even though my things were all scattered, they were very patient and arranged them neatly. The air conditioner was also new and made no noise. It was cool enough. The front desk service was responsive and timely, and they were very enthusiastic and responsive to us. Anyone who needed help was always there. There was a guy at the door every day who would help open the door and welcome you. The hot water was not enough for me and it got cold after two or three minutes. But I found that in Southeast Asian countries There is no hot water, which is very distressing. Also, although it is very close to a big shopping mall, taxis are a bit difficult to hail and have to wait for a long time. I forgot to improve.

It is well located in the city center with amazing views if you book top floors and ask for the sew view. It has a bathtub, a fridge and friendly reception service. The hot water can be more like lukewarm rather than hot, but still ok. Some people might find the AC not cold or strong enough but it was good for me.
