I swear this hotel is very good, from the outside it is quite ordinary, just enter the lobby design of its star 4, the service makes me stars 5, the elevator is comfortable not making it a headache, clean from the hotel, the hallway is on the carpet, unique room, the pillow is not expensive, The lights are not too dim, the mirrors are everywhere, the toilet is the thing that makes me comfortable, the water is smooth. Good bangeeeeeet! , the service from the restaurant is friendly, the food is also delicious. Anyway it's good. I can keep pinging here

Receptionist team helpful and fast handling. Bed need to changed and bed sheet not being replaced and smell bad. Toilet is leaking somehow and water makes floor wet.
Also noise from outside makes my sleep less enjoyable.
Plus points : Room is spacious, internet working fine, and staff is helpful. Location is good as well.

I can’t deal with these foreigners. Looking at the photos, I always thought it was a homestay, but I didn’t expect it to be a high-end hotel, and it is a relatively new four-star hotel in the local area. Manado stayed in the most satisfied one of the three hotels, which is much better than the Sheraton.
Facilities: The hotel is very new, and the facilities are also very new. There is a usb port at the head of the bed, the socket does not need an adapter, and a hair dryer is missing.
Environment: The hotel is surrounded by the old city. Take a taxi to the beach for two or three kilometers, and the hotel can also see the sea.
Service: The service is very good, because I had an early flight the next day, I told the front desk in advance to bring bread.

We had 2 wonderful weeks staying at New NDC. This place was considered our first home in Manado under the previous management as we had been coming every year since 1997. As this was a diving trip, we had more luggage than normal and they provided more low tables to place the luggage on. The lights in the bathroom and the walk-in closet were dim and it turn out it was faulty and replaced on the same day. The room was big with a king sized bed, the bathroom had bathtub as well as shower cubicle. Service staff was friendly and hospitable. We were treated as family. As a 4 star hotel, it puts out 5 star meals. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves everyday! Looking forward to return here and seeing everyone again. Many thanks for hosting us.!! 😘😘

I stay in this hotel for a week, I absolutely amaze with the services they provide to me from the security that help us with our luggage’s, front desk who help us checking in, Rio who show us our room and all the staff who help us on our stay. On our second day of our stay in the hotel my sister lost her car key, she throw the keys together with the rubbish from the car in front of the hotel the night before and just remembered about it the next morning. So many staff help us looking after the key even it’s not their fault. Thanks to Eddy from housekeeping, Rio from front desk who keeps looking for the key. The food is very nice, the “pisang goroho and rica roa” is must do order, I also like one of their mocktail with lychee. They have so many choices for breakfast as well, I always looking forward to have my breakfast in the mornings. The room is also spacious plus they have balcony. Their cleaning service also amazing, staff who clean my room also doing a good job. The waitress from the restaurant also really helpful and really humble, staff name “chika, fero” who always smile and helpful. Ido who is also very helpful. Thank you all for your help and services, I will definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful week at Grand Luley. Very kind staff. Lovely people. Rooms need renovation but everything was working and it was clean. Nice walk to the jetty. Restaurant was really good but we had to wait before being served. Great balinese massage at spa. We had a very nice captain for boat trip to Bunaken or Siladen. Not from grand Luley. Much cheaper. Grand Luley is in a remote area but we had a wonderful week !

I chose this place temporarily by accident. After I took a taxi to the hotel, I really didn't want to get off the bus, because in a small fishing village, the hotel does not have a gate~haha~a fence gate, just a turn at the entrance of an alley. . but! ! but! ! but! ! Do not regret coming! ! After coming in, it seems like a paradise~ Comfortable! quiet! Exclusive! This is the biggest feeling! Everyone in the hotel is top-notch! On the day we checked in, there were only four of us, but even if there were only four of us and two rooms, the hotel did not neglect in the slightest~ All equipment and facilities were open, and afternoon tea was prepared for the four of us, as if it was exclusive to the four of us. Hotel! Thank you so much! The environment is good. Although there is no beach, it is replaced by the fragrance of birds and flowers, exquisite and exquisite, including the dining! English is common! Tanya kolam buka jam berapa, ternyata buka nya jam 1, request seperti biasa agar bisa berenanh jam 2, alhamdulillah manajernya bisa mengerti kebutuhan tamu seperti saya yang menganggap renang merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang penting bila menginap di โรงแรม. Saya esok pagi di suruh โทรกลับ bila akan ว่ายน้ํา. สระว่ายน้ําค่อนข้างยาว ประมาณ 30 meteran panjangnya dan ada kolam kecil nya juga, kaprit nya tidak รู้สึกมากนัก dengan kondisi น้ําใสสะอาด. ภายในสระน้ําประมาณ 1.3 เมตร แบนทั้งหมด

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

HHuangzhicong AnsonI came to Manado for diving. The price of this hotel is quite affordable. There is nothing to eat for breakfast, which is basically negligible. The hotel staff are not bad. You have to buy water by yourself. The hotel does not have this thing.

RRommyS3ndukHotel is in strategic location, the environment is great but once you enter the room everything changes. Room is very dirty, all toilet area are yelowish, lots of stain in bathroom mirror, lots of ants and mosquitos. I tried to complaint to front desk but they said that the ants and mosquitos inside the room is normal at their open boutique hotel. The telephone at the room is not working so i have to use my mobile to contact reservation. Most of the staff has poor attitude, lots of school trainee that obviously NOT being train well by the staff but seems they just using them. For me the number one problem of this hotel is poor Team Member Attitude and Management Leadership and it is affecting the whole hotel operations especially CLEANLINESS. Cleaning the rooms is easy and not expensive all you need is team work, attention to details and daily monitoring. I dont hate the hotel and the team, this is just another form of love which is caring, I care so that i complained. Hope this message will reach the Management Team and Hotel Owner, because I believe Hotel Minahasa has great potential if you guys can manage it well.
