Wow, we had a great sunset experience in Manado just from our super cosy bed in room 9001. So if you are too lazy to walk around but at the same time want to get the beautiful view of the city and sea of Manado, this hotel is recommended for you.

Everything is good, the breakfast is very yummy, the bed is so comfort, the toilet and the bathroom like in heaven, everything is very good for me, the employe is kind and nice. And dont forget before you check in please prepare money Rp.50.000 for deposite.

The unreliability of Indonesians is fully reflected in this hotel. I booked 2 nights, but there were a few days in between. As a result, when I checked in for the first time, I arrived at the hotel at 3 am and was told that they didn't have a holiday and didn't receive my reservation. I called Ctrip customer service and the front desk found it again, but it took more than half an hour to complete the process. It was 4 am when I lay down on the bed. The second time I checked in, they said that I had only booked but not paid, and I needed to pay. I took the order and it was clearly prepaid, so I went to Ctrip customer service again. It turned out that it was because the hotel didn't know how to operate the bank card provided by Ctrip, which led to the hotel not deducting it? ! I was really impressed. Although I got angry with the customer service twice, I felt that it was mainly because Indonesians were unreliable. I was impressed.

We have sleeped 15 nights. It is an excellent hotel with friendly manager and staff. Every day the room was cleaned and the towels replaced. The hotel is worthy of location in the centre. The European breakfast was good and you could always get some extra.

The hotel looks very nice from outside! Unfortunately the rooms are very small. A bed a sideboard before it and a relatively large bathroom.
