Beautiful brand new Mallorcan country house, built in 2012. Its design and construction were made to be a comfortable, elegant and very spacious house. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms. The main room has a large bathroom with shower and bath, terrace and king size bed, the other two rooms have double beds of 1'60x2m. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with fully equipped dining room, bathroom with shower, room for three people and large living room, equipped with 32 'TV, SAT, DVD and stereo. The living room gives access to a large terrace where the pool is located, with three different depths ideal for children, BBQ and another bathroom with shower.
