The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Guests appreciate the beachfront location and convenient amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering great value.

The pillows are the fluffiest I ever felt. The Hotel was spotless and run very smoothly. We rent a bike and all our doubts were attended to promptly. There is a clean pool and beach up front is also high quality. Food was very good with ample choice.

Positives: On the beach, S'illot is a cute little bay, Sa coma is better so most days we walked to Sa Coma beach. Red Shop cafe close by is amazing for coffees, lunch, snacks, pastries and pies etc... feels a bit more Spanish. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained, kids enjoyed the pool area. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk and the girl at the pool bar always had a smile. Sky bar had a nice atmosphere. Negatives: 3 star not 4, half board food was 80% cheap, frozen, all tasted the same. The only nice food was the cured ham, the fresh melon, pineapple and watermelon. Over 2 weeks they did have a nice gammon 1 night, nice ribs 1 night, roast duck etc..... i think they are trying but obviously have no budget to deliver. Everything is over salted unfortunately. The restaurant is noisy, feels like a canteen, everyone on ipads, jammed in the basement. Beeping air fresheners. The biggest problem was in week one the fish was off one night. 2nd week my son was given raw chicken and raw pork off the grill, then we had off fish again that was so bad it made my mouth sting and itch and tasted so disgusting. This night my daughter had diarrhea roughly 1 hr after she finished dinner until 1 am. Alot of the food is cold. Yoghurt is sour at breakfast. Cheap white bread. Dessert buffet is a joke worst I have ever had. People just piling the plates Like they don't care what they are eating. Some nights at 7.15 they had already ran out of some dishes. I could go on with things like cocktails are awful and pre mixed all inclusive rubbish..... glasses dirty, the own water they have in bottles has things floating in it so we ordered sealed water. I ordered 4 taxis over 2 weeks through hotel. 1 didn't show up, 1 was 20 mins late, 1 was too small what we had specifically asked them to check it was big enough for luggage. Go elsewhere or book room only. Room was fine but on the small side. I will never book half board again.
