Blau Punta Reina

We just started our adventure here, but we already can see it was a very good idea to spend my mom and son vacation here. Very polite staff, breathtaking views, delicious food and entertainment. And all this in the iconic Mallorca. We totally recommend it. Come and enjoy

This is the only hotel I have revisited. The first time was 7 years ago as a family of 4. This time was as a family of 4 but with my 2 sisters and their families. The upgrades they have made are very impressive. The hotel looks so much more modern and there is even more room than before. We arrived really early and they were good enough to issue us with AI bands so we could have lunch. One of the rooms was ready so we put all our luggage into it and we were able to take advantage of the facilities. I was really pleased with our rooms -E742 and E745- as they had great views over the sea. I filled in a survey to sign up for the WiFi and mentioned it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The next day they delivered a kettle, coffee maker and tea & coffee. I also mentioned to reception that we had no shower gel and all the toiletries were delivered to our room by the time we returned. Service like this is so impressive. There are 3 main pools, 2 with kids shallow pools attached. There were always loungers available, but if you are very late then you are pretty much guaranteed a lounger at the quiet pool. There are 2 beaches within walking distance but the hotel does a shuttle bus if you have young children or lots to carry. Both beaches are tremendous. 2 loungers and an umbrella costs €15 but there is lots of space for your mats on the beach. There is practically no shade though so buy a beach umbrella from the local shop (€10). Like my last visit, the only thing I missed was a nice town to wander round. There are a few cafes and bars down the hill but if you want a town you need to go to Porto Cristo which is 20 mins away by bus or resort train (there is a stop for both just outside the hotel). All in all, I think this hotel is fantastic for couples and families. Plenty of different areas for food and drink, the food is amazing and varied, and the staff are so helpful. They are aware of sustainability too -no single use plastics and durable paper straws. They know what to do to make their customers happy. I joined Blau Amigo and booked direct with the hotel. I saved money and also got a late checkout.

Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, plenty of variety of food, activities in the pool at various times throughout the day. Anazing views and well kept grounds. Friendly staff and all in all a terrific holiday. Rooms are lovely and super clean.

Hotel with many beautiful white houses overlooking the sea. Despite having many rooms, in the restaurants you don't perceive the quantity of people present and the food is good. Services for all ages, excellent but not invasive entertainment. Crystal clear sea in the two nearby beaches. I recommend it especially for families

Great location right next to a stunning beach, food was fairly good. Coffee at breakfast was awful though. Also we paid for a seaview room but had a view of astroturf instead.

Really nice hotel, nice staff, good entertainment team, nice beaches either side of hotel. Only down side is a lack of outside bars and restaurants.
