Mophy Budget Safari Lagoon Camp

We paid a 3 days safari with Morphy's safari south luangwa. We were supposed to have a full day safari on the 1st day with him from 7 to 4 p.m. First his car is not good for safari because we couldn't open the windows.entirely and not in good state. Second his car broke down after 3 hours and we waited 6 and half hours to be rescued. On the 2nd day all was good because we had a full board with 2 safaris in Croc valley camp that Morphy had booked for us. On the 3rd day we asked for a compensation of him ; 4 hours safari because of the problem of the first day. He refused to make a safari inside the park telling us he had no money to pay entrance fees of the park. Instead he made us a kind of safari outside of the park and we couldn't go close to the animals because there were no roads. He was supposed also to make our transfer from the park to Chipata but his car after being fixed the previous day broke down before Chipata and we had to take public transport. I think also he didn't pay the entrance fees because when I got into the office they asked ne to write our names not in their register but on a separate page.
