Rated 1 out of 5 due to the rude and unprofessional staff from their restaurant. They treat you with no respect and have no idea what you ordered, always bringing something else, or doubling the portions. (avoid especially the only female staff as she is the worst).

Prices too high for the services offered. Unprepared staff, and extremely poor service in the restaurant and on the beach. I waited 1 hour to serve a soup, and on the beach I ordered a cocktail, and I received only mineral water with ice insted. The location of the hotel is ok, but the services are terrible! Of course I do not recommend!!!

Hotel is new in comparison with the other locations (hotels) from Mamaia BUT be aware at the following: - access at beach is a joke because the hotel offers only 16 umbrelas with around 48 sunbeds. The stuff were totally overcomed by the people that asked for more places. The hotel have around 100 double rooms so you can make the calculation regarding free access at the hotel . We tried to eat one dinner with nothing hard to prepare but took almost 45 minutes to be ready and came extremly salty. There are other good and affordable restaurants in the area so chose another one - staff could be more polite. When I asked (second time) at the reception for sunbeds mattress the answer was unbelievable : " we don't have any other" despite the fact that were at least 20 sunbeds available on the beach...without mattresses. On the plus side the rooms are big and clean and the bathrooms are well equipped.
