This hotel was a pleasant surprise in a frozen resort during the chilly days of Easter 2025. The hotel was very clean and seemed recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helped us when we needed it. The standard double room, although quite small, was clean, well-arranged and elegant. The breakfast was good and consistent. Considering that we were in the off-season, the hotel was great, but the Mamaia resort was a disaster!!

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.

Extremely happy with everything. Clean, nice staff, great restaurant with beautiful view, good service, great food, wonderful large, clean beach next to hotel. Indeed it is worth it entirely. Greatly recommend it for families or any type of stay.

Parking for me was a bit of an issue, due to how busy it was and all the parking in the area is paid. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and included breakfast was nice.
