Great experience. Close to airport. They have a free drop off to airport service at 3 fixed times of the day (7 am, 9 am, 11 am). Any other time the service will be charged with 120 baht per room. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We left at 7 am for airportand they gave us a sandwich without even asking. Great value for money. If you are looking for a night stay close to airport, it would be the right place to stay.

Convenient and close to the Surat Thani International airport.

Overall, it's good, but the location is quite far from 7-Eleven, making it difficult to find food. However, there are restaurants here, but there are few options.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night before flying to Bangkok. On the hotel website it was written that transfer from and to the airport is provided free of charge. In fact. when we arrived in Surat Thani, no one came for us. I had to catch a taxi for 200 baht. When we arrived at the hotel, they immediately asked a question about the free transfer, which was not available. To which we received an answer from the HOTEL HOSTESS that she was supposedly only responsible for the rooms. It was funny to hear this from the hotel owner. So, when you book this hotel, do not count on a transfer. Otherwise the room is clean. The bathroom is working. Breakfast - one egg and two toasts. We were taken to the airport for free. In the photo you can see at what time they have a free shuttle to the airport. And in the second photo the cost of other transfers.

The worst experience I had in a hotel this time. I bought an economy double room (the room description stated there was a window), but the front desk said there were no rooms with windows, so I was asked to stay in a dark room. But the price I bought is higher, so how could this happen? There were no windows in the room, and it smelled like cockroach poison, but there was no way to ventilate it. All the furniture in the room is handmade from the remains of wood and bamboo and is of poor quality. I found two pairs of someone else's underwear in the bathroom. Didn't anyone clean up the room when someone else checked out? The amount of toilet paper was not enough for one night for the two of us, but the bathroom only had a 20ml shampoo and no other shower gel. Airport hotel, but there are no toothbrushing supplies. It really looks like someone didn't clean up after checking out. The restaurant downstairs has almost nothing on the menu. Not enough for breakfast. You can't get a taxi in this part of town. There are no supermarkets or small shops nearby. The airport drop-off service is only available at 7 a.m., 9:25 and 11 o'clock in the morning. There is a fee for the airport drop-off service at other times, and the airport drop-off schedule is inconvenient. They specially do it for customers to spend some money to use their cars to go to the airport. I suggest staying in a hotel in the city center for one night, which is much more convenient. Very disappointed!

A good place near the airport, but the free transfer did not arrive, we waited 15 minutes from the stated time. We left by taxi for 150 baht. The rooms are small but clean and with everything you need to spend the night, a bathroom with a shower and hot water. There are no shops nearby, and cafes in the evening are only from the hotel; you can also buy drinks from them.

Welcoming check-in very well. But enough to stay the next day I don't give any supplies. On the 2nd day, I had to ask for it. On the 3rd day, I didn't ask. On the 4th day, I'll check with you. Everything is good.
