01.03.25 we were given room 313. It was completely filled with the smell of cigarettes. We opened the balcony door to air it out and went for a walk. When we returned, we saw that the door had been closed. This means that hotel staff had entered our room while we were away😯 When we got back, it turned out that THERE WAS NO WATER in the hotel🫣We were simply told to wait until morning. No way to shower, use the toilet, or even wash our hands! In the end, we left for another hotel. WARNING! The hotel refused to refund our money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Dirty rooms with a cigarette smell, no water, and rude staff who can't solve anything. The rooms are old. The sink faucet is broken, and the hairdryer doesn't work. One of the worst hotels in Istanbul I’ve ever stayed at.

I have stayed 10 nights and enjoyed my stay very much so. Very clean and a well-kept boutique hotel. It is very close to the Dragos / Besmialem Hospital and an excellent location next to the seaside, bus station, Maltepe park and shopping at Bagdat Street. The room has a good view from the window and from the balcony to the sea. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. It was generally quiet and we felt safe. The pool and the area around it is nice. The tradeoff being that we were a little far from the train. And the train ride into the city is about 10 miles.

Det var granska okej med rummet och sängar men lukten som kom från badrummet var väldigt illa , jag kände mig nära att kräkas under natten
