We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a few issues that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, we encountered problems with the hot water during our stay. Despite asking for assistance twice to fix the issue, the hotel staff did not respond, leaving us to shower with cold water for two nights. This was quite uncomfortable and disappointing. Additionally, the housekeeping service did not replenish our clean towels during the last cleaning. This lack of attention to detail further contributed to our dissatisfaction. These service issues made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

整體還是很不錯的，景色很美，房間很大很衞生，浮潛活動很值得，看到了海豚和海龜，大部分工作人員都很熱情友好，尤其歡送歌曲很好聽很感動，但是真的不要期待能得到同等價位度假村的服務。但是入住第一晚酒店火警警報器沒電了發出很尖鋭很刺耳的響聲，我們真的很累，但是給我們全都吵醒，而且隔一段時間就響，無法睡覺，給前台打電話説會叫人來，半個小時還沒來，最後還是我們自己把電池拆了才好，酒店衹輕飄飄的sorry，沒有任何補償。另外，我們定了同個房型兩個訂單，相當於續住一晚，之前聯繫攜程客服和酒店溝通可以原房不變，到了工作人員説需要換房，好吧沒事可以理解，前一晚和前台確定了一下要換房，早上行李都收拾好了到前台，又説不用換了，沒有任何通知，甚至前一晚還在説要換房。

房間很大很整齊，面向大海。有開放式院子遮陽蓬式的休閑躺椅。衞生間有兩個洗臉盆，淋浴有室內和院子裏開放式的非常棒！但是沒有牙膏牙刷需要的話每套2美元。也麼有出海的拖鞋。打掃衞生來的很晚甚至會遺忘放置洗手洗臉毛巾，晚上5-6點打電話説布衣房下班了，説early morning 會送來，結果等到快9點也沒有影子。餐廳就一個，附近沒有選擇的，餐食做的還不錯，但連吃幾天就不行了。第一天到的晚餐幾乎跟蚊子在搶食，顧了食物顧不了兩條腿被咬，早餐蒼蠅也是成羣，如果有潔癖的朋友要注意了。最搞笑的是我們訂了三晚結果她們認為是二晚要我們搬家，在訂單面前才認錯但沒有任何補償的措施。哈哈

在斐濟主島住了不同的酒店，還是最喜歡這家外島的酒店。房間不多，但景色很美。環境很好，有自己的後花園，走出去就是海灘。酒店為客人提供了多種免費的出海選擇，其中每天的浮潛特別值得。酒店服務人員很熱情。餐廳不錯，晚餐伴着海上的徐徐日落，斐濟值得！
